Absolutely beautiful traditionaly styled property. I loved the free car shuttle service into Canggu. The staff were delightful & mostly accommodating. The breakfast was small and not great value but still fresh & delicious. Fruit platter, eggs anyway with vegetable sides, toast, coffee/tea. Can be served in the small garden side foyer/restaurant or on your poolside portico. There aren’t many options yet for restaurants in the area. I loved Genius French bistro just down the road. One of the best meals I ate in my month traveling. In the future, as all the many building sites in the area are finished, there will be more options opening I’m sure. This location was an awesome escape from the shocking scooter noise in the rest of Bali.

The pool doesn’t have poolside sun lounges right next to it. They are located on the grass area behind, over looking a rice field behind the pool area. This was ok for me but wouldn’t like it once the hotel/villas are finished being built next door, they will be looking straight over this area. The noise from the building sight next door was shocking in the early morning some days starting before 6am. Looks like they will be building for many more months as they are only at foundation stage. The tradesmen sleep on site too so at night you can hear them talking behind the bungalows on the building site side of property. No biggy but be aware it’s not peaceful 24/7.

Great location and a beautiful property. The staff were superb, very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The location is very handy to Canggu and to Pererenan, with lots of great restaurants easy to reach (personal favourite was Shelter in Pererenan, just superb). It is just tucked away nicely so that it is out of the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. The pool is very close to the rooms and very refreshing for a dip when it's hot. Premadhan was a great place to stay, and our first stop in Bali. We loved it!

The one downside was that there isn't much sound privacy - only a problem if you have noisy neighbours. The in-house restaurant was very good, but only open for breakfast. Not much not to like about Premadhan.

Staying in the Premadhan Cottage made us feel much better for our trip in Bali. The area we visited including Ubud and Canggu are overdeveloped with congested narrow roads. A fleet of scooters stream down the streets causing polluted air from day to night. I would say this villa is the most beautiful place in Canggu. There's not much to see in Canggu anyway, staying in this place you will be calm and really enjoy your vacation.

We liked this villa very much, there's nothing we didn't like about this place. But the whole area needs to be improved, including the sidewalks, narrow streets, public transit, poor air quality.

Loved this place. When we arrived we were greeted by staff who gave us a damp towel and iced tea to refresh ourselves with. We were also told we were being upgraded free of charge to the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It was beautiful, we felt really lucky. The place was well equipped with mineral water, mini bar snacks/drinks and toiletries. It was clean and very beautiful. All staff were very friendly and kind. The location was great, far enough out of main Canggu to be relaxing however there was building work going on which was noisy, however we know about this prior to our trip. Also the floating breakfast is free of charge which was amazing, the food was lovely! We had one on both days!!

The staff is so sweet, attentive and helpful. They really show effort in making your stay comfortable and welcoming. They caught that it was my birthday while I was staying with them on my passport (which I didn’t tell them it was) and they all surprised me by singing happy birthday and brining me a cake to my villa. Quite a wonderful and thoughtful surprise!! The villas are absolutely beautiful and tranquil and natural with gardens inside the bathroom and room itself you really feel you are in nature itself. My favorite thing was that you can walk Our your front door and jump right into the beautiful and well kept pool! Also location is super close to everything in Pererenan, like 5 min scooter down the road.

I loved everything about the property! It would be nice is if they had some healthy style cocktails on their menu for guests. There is no wine or beer etc served here

this is really magnificent butique hotel! it’s very well-designed and totally new! the rooms are not very big, but totally charming and you will have here everything you’ll need. also, the half-open bathroom is amazing! during our check-in, the owner come to us to say hi and also shown us the whole hotel and tell us a bit about the history and charakter of the buildings - they used the fabrics from java and sumatra which makes this place really authentic and memorable! the breakfast are huge and tasty! they also brings you fresh fruits during your time at the swimming pool. the service is totally at five-star level! the stuff is great and helpful - they offer also evening make-up the room when they prepare it for a night, clean a bit and prepare specitics againts mosquitoes. also, they provide a free transfer to a center of canggu and some other places. it was one of the best hotel during our bali trip. we'll definitely come back here in a future!

We absolutely loved our stay! From check in, the staff were very kind, hospitable and helpful. The room was very beautifully designed and had a lovely ambiance. Even better than the pictures. It was made even better with our honeymoon decorations and little cake. Their breakfast was delicious and we also tried the floating one which was fun. Our stay overall was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. We had massage options in our room. Overall, we would highly recommend. Thank you for such a great time!

There wasn't really anything we didn't like to be honest but if we're being particular then a room bin would be good.

The whole staff was absolutely amazing. We had a difficult situation and they were very accommodating for everything. We prolonged the stay in the hotel 2 times and ended up being 1 month here. It truly felt like home in this incredibly beautiful and romantic hotel in the middle of Canggu and Pererenan. Everything easily reachable with scooter which can be rented directly in the hotel.

A little low storage space in the room, but we found a workaround. We broke a glass bottle and we had to pay 250k IDR for it, which we found a bit ridiculous. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Very well-kept accommodation with beautiful and well-decorated cottages. From the (bath)rooms to the pool and its garden surroundings, everything is treated with care. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Location is outside of the busy centre of Canggu, however with a 30 minute walk (or a quick Grab ride) you are right in the heart of town. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and found it great value for money.

The cottages are beautiful, but quite noisy and thin-walled. There is a lot of construction work surrounding the accommodation, and the noise starts from 7 am onwards. Also the upper walls of the cottage are decorated with translucent glass so at dawn the room is filled with light. We didn't mind it too much, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be for you.

Rooms were stunning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Outdoor/indoor shower was magical.

Not great areas for sunbathing.
