Location. 2 minute walk from the local mall with a lot of food options and decent shopping. The hotel was very impressive inside. Spacious with good facilities and impressive comfortable lobby. Staff are amazingly friendly and polite and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The windows provided no insulation from outside road noise. We were on the top floor, and even with the windows closed, it sounded like the motorbike on the below street was in the room, and the 6am prayer loudspeaker from blocks away was deafening because the windows either need thicker glass or resealing.. Also, the windows opened and had no safety screens or child lock.

Clean comfortable and efficient. It was completely full as Saturday night end of New Year Holidays. The check in man said it was crazy and the whole hotel was full of families. His name was Adi he explained that one room was ready and the towels hadn’t arrived as caught in traffic. We got out one key and went to a lovely room. It was clean, nice furnishings and carpet and tidy neat bathroom with good amenities and water pressure. Our second room was quickly available and then towels came. I asked for an extra and they said it wasn’t policy but then brought it straight away. Both rooms were twin and the beds were large like small doubles ad very comfortable. Also tv was excellent. We were tired group and been on the road al day. Wanted room service ad the food came in starts but everything was good ad i believe very reasonable.

Our room was inward facing and had a view of a garden and fountain that was beige and the outlook a bit grey.

The hotel’s inside looks way nicer than you’d expect from the outside. The lobby gives a good impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice as well. We had an issue with the AC and the staff took care of it immediately. The breakfast had a lot of choice, make sure to make a full round through the restaurant to not miss the nice things.

Although we stayed in a non smoking floor, sometimes we smelled cigarettes on the hallway and sometimes it seemed to come into the room via the AC. We were offered a room spray for that. Despite the breakfast options were nice, most food that should be warm was cold, this should be monitored.

the food wasnt taste that good - the rice wasnt fully cooked, the lontong didnt taste great. if the taste is improvise, it will be great the kettle- slow response. no one bother to replace at the point of complaint (night). i need to tell the reception again the other day(morning) hygiene- there was no plastic bin inside the bin?in the room and in the toilet. this is not hygienic at all!

The spa service is very bad. Although I booked for 2 hours, they only did us for 1 & half hours. The masseur did not massage according to the service we book. Very bad experience

We actually was assigned to a room on level 7. The next morning we moved as we smelled smoke in the corridor. The staff at every station are super helpful and friendly as well. Cleanliness is very good. The room is also spacious. The breakfast is all great. Also Lotus Restaurant serves delicious timbel and spaghetti. Dining room is bright and inviting. I hope the staff get good salary and benefits as they work so well.

We couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we like. It's closed at 6PM. And during we stay, there was a rennovation project nearby the fitness room so we couldn't go there at all. The toilet near dining room was not as clean as those near the lobby.

The staff were excellent. They provided us with a shuttle to the airport in Jakarta which was very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to a mall with plenty of food options. The room was okay, not the most spacious but for the price, it was fair.

Noises from upstairs room late night. Other than that, there were no surprises.

Room service meer keuzen 😁 I saw the family of the owner of the hotel took a lot of snacks and put it in the tupperware in front of the guests … and I think it’s not polite and makes the manners of the hotel lower class 😌 … next time just order it to their room via the staff … would be better!

Overall good. Rooms are maintained well. Staffs are very helpful. Never experienced any delays or bad experience from the staffs. Thanks for the room service/ kitchen staffs for arranging food for my kid’s supper.Very helpful🙏.

Bathroom towels are not upto the standards of Aston.Shower & jet sprayers having not enough pressure. TVs.

Good location, clean facilities, big beds, good value.

There was a broken wooden floor in my room which I found a bit unsafe for kids as it was quite sharp. I complained and they did a quick fix using temporary tape.
