Loved the aesthetic, the staff were so helpful any issues you came to them with they handled in prompt timing. The room was beautiful and fresh bottled water was brought daily when the room was cleaned

We had a gecko in mating season which screaming periodically throughout the night due to the high ceilings it’s impossible for staff to get it out. Furthermore, the noise from the traffic behind (literally behind your head) was A LOT we played ocean sounds all night just to sleep. They provide ear plugs but they tend to fall out during the night. Overall more good than bad.

The outdoor area was very well taken care of and the music always set the mood. The pool was deep and great for swimming. The rooms cleaned daily.

My helmet was removed from my bike one night so I asked staff to check cctv footage multiple times. Unfortunately, they did not get back to me with any information on the whereabouts of my helmet.

Cleanliness and the ambience maintained by the resort is too good… rooms were great and they do cleaning daily…swimming pool is a great place to spend time…

garden is too small compared to images… all you get is a clean room, great swimming pool and decent restaurant… the birthday parties will happen in the garden is bit disturbing… they should seriously think of it…

Mosquitoes were a little pesky , but also there was a horrible smell coming from the outside cupboard like something had died. Linen and towels had minor stains and holes , staff were super attentive and happy to address my concerns, so overall stay again. I didn't really mind the minor imperfections for my length of stay

Breakfast was super delicious and they served it beautifully when asked for the floating breakfast (our room had a private pool). Staff were so lovely and friendly and met all our needs. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for two people and the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. An amazing place to stay that I would recommend to others

Only issue is that it does get noisy at night from the sound of the main road but it wasn’t too much of an issue for us as we are heavy sleepers and would be out quite late anyways but could be an issue for kids?

was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Villa I booked had a private pool. thought it was just a walk out to the pool. definitely a bonus. was like my own private oasis, didn’t even want to leave.

you will definitely need some bug repellent the mosquitoes can be quite bad. also there is quite a bit of road noise but didn’t keep me from getting some good sleep. I would have like to have had a microwave and wash clothes in the room.

We love everything about this property. Located in very calm and quiet area but strategic enough to reach all popular cafes, restaurants, clubs, etc. It also close to many different local warung. The property itself very peaceful, clean and wonderful staff. The bed and the bath tub are our favorites. Best place to stay in the south of Bali.
