Great value for money right next to Nagoya Hill Mall. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean. There is breakfast included. When I left the hotel in the afternoon, it looked like the staff prepared complimentary coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby. I booked a twin bed as it was the cheaper option, but the staff was kind enough to change/upgrade to a double bed.

Nothing major to complain about. There are two stairs, the one further from reception leads down to the office & laundry area, without option to go out - I did not find any. The area is quiet after the mall closes, but you can always catch a bike or car to go somewhere else.

Location was perfect for me. The staff were exceptional and very helpful, especially Wahyu, Apollo and Antika.

The taxi men that ask you everytime you walk outside of the hotel - if i needed a taxi. I had the misfortune of using one thinking it was OK, but ended up getting cheated, not only did he over charge me - when I paid him he did not return my entire balance. This has nothing to do with my stay, but just a word of caution to future users.

Room is nice and clean...receptionist is friendly.

I am lone traveller and having breakfast by myself... had a cup of coffee on the table but l went to replenish some food ... l came back to my table l was surprised that the waiter cleared my coffee and other food...they must had thought that l had finished my breakfast... Please advise the waiter pls DO NOT CLEAR anything unless confirmed the the guest had finished.

Booked this hotel like an hour after my arrival. Though took me long for the waiting of my check in due to system error. Still understandable since my booking is same day of my check in. For me overall experience are good, staff are helpful. hotel is clean, great breakfast. room are big for solo traveller, though I straggle with the wifi connection, connecting to my laptop but able to manage it and work at the lobby instead & request for little time extension for free from the check out time. Hotel is walking distance from the mall, other option for the restaurant & you can buy souvenier as well.

Hotel near to nagoya mall and surrounding with local shop. Easy to find food.. Grocery..hotel staffs very friendly Marco.. Ayu.. Just named a few only.. Can't remember all. But they are so approachable .. Breakfast also good and tasty. Good place to stay

the hotel is very accessible. Very bustling area. the room was adequately equipped. Breakfast was amazing! Very affordable and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to assist me with translation.

The air conditioner was a little noisy but it was still manageable. I had issues with my door knob, needed some tugging to unlock the door.

Strategic location. Very near to nagoya hill mall, convenience store, spa and other shops. The room also spacious. Very Clean room n bathroom. No insects. Breakfast was not many choice but still acceptable.

Location of property very convenient. surrounded with mall, spa & food court. The Hotel’s breakfast is decent too~ Rooms are pretty basic with good A/C

The lack of facilities in the vicinity is kind of a bummer. the room was not equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee/tea, hair dryer, ironing board etc. You get what you paid for.

I like the location, the room is clean, and the staffs are nice. They even remind us the time for breakfast and return the stuffs that we left in our room.

There's not enough food for breakfast when we eat. Maybe because we're not able to come early and they have lots of guests that time since it's holiday.

Staff at the reception well pass midnight. We didn't get cancellation like other booking systems.

We got room with window BUT FACING VERTICAL ROCK WALL. scary.. Room kind of tight to move pass the bed.
