It was very central. The runs were really spacious bed was so comfortable. It was a lovely place to stay! The place was spotless the breakfast so good. It has a lovely relaxed feel to it, with seating outside the rooms also to relax. I would def come back

The water pressure was quite low for a shower & could have done with a new shower head. This is really the only thing I could say negative everything else was great!

The rooms and bed were spacious and clean. There was cold air conditioning and a bathtub. Nice pool but a little warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of light coming into the room from outside and hard to sleep. There are a lot of stairs if you have an upstairs room. (Fortunately I was able to change to a downstairs one).

Lovely swimming pool and garden. The room and bathroom were both large. The bed was big and very comfortable. American Breakfast offered was very tasty and sufficient. Excellent value for money .

Probably the only downside for us being an older couple was there are alot of stairs, also the reception desk when you check in could do with a touch up as it probably doesn't give the message of how nice it is to stay there. No fault of the worker. Who is very efficient and friendly.

Convenient location.. close to beach. Restaurants.. Gardens and Pool area were beautiful place to chill. Staff were very helpful in anything I needed to know.

Our room was quite large, it had a fridge and we also had a balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was serviced every day and 2 bottles of fresh water were supplied each day. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good each morning. The gardens and pool area was very nice to relax in.

We saw a few mice running around one evening.

We stayed at Swastika for 6 nights, and it was the staff who truly made our experience exceptional. They were humble, kind, and always smiling. The receptionist, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, was one of the most respectful we’ve ever encountered. Komang also treated us with such kindness that we will never forget them. Our room was spacious, with perfectly functioning air conditioning, making our stay comfortable overall. We appreciated the daily service, including two bottles of water, and the breakfast was good. The pool area was fantastic, with easy access both from the ground floor and upstairs near reception. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the Sindhu Night Market, which offers an amazing selection of cheap and delicious food. The best warung, Mbok Luh, is on the next street, and the beach is a 5-minute walk through Icon Bali or a 12-minute walk around. Overall, great value for money.

The only downside was the noise from other guests. We didn’t mind the music from the bar, as it only played for one night and always ended early. In fact, we couldn’t hear the bar patrons or traffic at all. However, like many places in Bali, the tiled foyer causes noise to echo, making voices seem louder than usual. Unfortunately, some people don’t show consideration for others when entering the common areas.

The staff were amazing, always ready to help. They let me keep my luggage stored two nights in the hotel free such a nice gesture. Breakfast basic with not many seats, happend to twice that I had to sit with other people, but it was OK. The pool is small but nice and clean. The room is bigger than expected and clean. Location right opposite shoping mall Icon, which makes it a good location also for the beach like 4 min walk.

The staff were fantastic. After my wife had a sprained ankle they could not have been more concerned, caring and helpful. Thank you especially Ketut . The hotel is in a great location across from the Icon Mall. Beach is easily accessed through the mall. Breakfast fine. Great value for the tariff. Would certainly stay again Also the restaurant (Dekko) in front was great and the food excellent. Thank you all for your care and the bucket of ice! Sani you were wonderful

Not really a negative... Our room was a little tired but comfortable and fine for the price
