this is a great hotel. the lobby was huge, responsive elevators, clean & tidy huge bedrooom, great amenities and also good water pressure and hot water. restaurant staffs were great and helpful. breakfast was great!

I’m afraid that one of the check-in staff were not in the mood that day, the one with ponytail. I walked in for check-in and she was barely staring at me without any words, not even asking or offering any assistance. the other one, a lady with eyeglasses greet me. she was very nice though.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Kemayoran for a few days and it was a decent experience. The hotel is not in the city center, but it's close to the Jakarta International Stadium, which was convenient for me because I was attending a concert there. The drive to the city took about 1 hour, depending on the traffic. The hotel is comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had some issues with the bathroom. The water was blocked when I showered. Also, the electric charging socket for international travelers was spoilt, so I couldn't charge my devices but Engineering did provide me an extension cord to use after that. I hope they can fix these problems. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but they need to improve their bathroom facilities and sockets.

Location is at the heart of the city, easily accessible to nearby attractions and easy to get a Taxi or a Bajai if you need one on the main road just outside. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of pastries and food options, especially for vegetarians. Very cordial chefs and attendants at the breakfast area and concierge were very friendly and understanding too. There is a small mall called "Food Centrum" just next door with lot of good eating options and cafes, so very convenient that way too. Myself and my 9 year old son totally enjoyed the stay at Holiday Inn Kemayoran. Bar in the room has good snacks and replenishment of water bottles every day. Room was very spacious, clean and comfy.

It is a bit strange to me that many taxi and bajai drivers do not know where the hotel is located and they took me in the wrong way 2-3 times in my stay for 6 days, which was puzzling to me. I had to open my Google Maps and GPS to guide them through, which I still don't understand why.

Two of us went from Japan. Although Japanese was not spoken, the staff were all very responsive. The welcome cookies were delicious. There were 4 bottles of free mineral water in the room. Amenity goods were also well stocked. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. The hotel pool was nice. We were able to kill some time at the mall, which was about a 15 minute cab ride away. The location was great.

I know it is not easy, but I would be happy if there is even one person who can speak Japanese.

Rooms to the main road are unacceptable loud due to traffic noise and thin windows. You can´t sleep if you are not at least at 10th level. This is much better in other city hotels in the world´s capitals. Luckely extremly nice team gave us room at pool-/backside...but what if nothing is free ?

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Breakfast with many choices and delicious. There is a small shopping mall connected to the hotel with Starbucks and different type of restaurant too. Indomart and Lawson near to the hotel too. It just 5 mins away from the Jakarta International Expo. If you are planning to go to exhibition, this hotel is suitable for you.

Overall is good. The toilet flush water is small. Pillow is too soft but this is very depends on person.

Absolutely beautiful property, clean rooms, toilets, bed linen, towels all exceptionally clean. Breakfast awesome spread.

AC was too cold even after adjusting. We stayed in room 628. The shower needs to be repaired urgently . The base is leaking, so lot of water is lost from this leak.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. The staff at the restaurant were very cheerful and smiled alot. They handled food with good hygiene practices donning masks and gloves. When the bar had to close at 10pm, a friend of mine finished his meetings late and had not eaten dinner yet, the service staff at the bar arranged for dinner order before their closing and then provided candle-lights for us so that my friend could finish his dinner when the lights at the bar had to be switched off. Excellent service!

Nothing really major except for not supplying any small soap bar at the wash basin for hand washing but they provided me liquid bath soap when I asked for hand soap bar. So I guess it was acceptable.

Breakfast is good. Location is good. The welcome cookies hopefully can make more low sugar or less sweet taste

For myself the welcome cookies is too sweet for me. Hopefully can improve to no sugar or less sugar cookies. Cookies taste is good.

The facilities were good. The lift also very fast so we shouldn't wait for a long time. The staffs were very kind! They helped us a lot, especially the front officers. The cleaning staffs were also fast to picked up our leftovers. It was a magnificent experience to stay here!

The breakfast was good but some of the foods had a plain taste so it was a bit disappointing. And also the room was not soundproof, so we could hear a loud scream from a kid beside out room. But overall, staffs, facilities, cleanliness were good! We are pleased to stay here
