The property is a little hideaway sanctuary in busy Jimbaran. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is served in the little garden outside our room (there is no shared restaurant/lounge), and was tasty. the staff were also helpful.

when we arrived there were some issues with our room (no water, and problems with the safe), but they were both fixed very quickly and with a smile. this isn’t anything to do with the hotel, but the local neighbour isn’t so charming. Jimbaran has fallen prey to the rampant over development in this part of Bali. expect traffic jams, pollution, and a plastic strewn beach as soon as you leave the sanctuary of the hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this amazing accommodation for 10 days and everything far exceeded our expectations. The Villa with a pool, which was like your own private oasis, comfort and food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were truly exceptional but what made our stay most memorable were the staff. Anom, Budi, Detu and the ladies who prepared our meals went above and beyond, always with the biggest smiles and laughter, to make our stay an unforgettable experience and wanting to stay for longer. Thank you everyone and definitely coming back.

Everything. If you want a romantic, quiet and tropical paradise, this place is it. Restaurants a short walk away towards the beach - outside front gate, turn left walk a few metres and across the road is Yoga Perkanthi Lane which will take you to a number of restaurants and villas. We had dinner at the Jimbaran Puri a Belmond Hotel, which was fabulous with the sand and surf as your view. The pool was also fabulous and romantic with a small waterfall. Budi our concierge was lovely and friendly, complete with advice for the area.

No immediate places to purchase alcohol - buy and bring with you. There is a mini bar but expensive and not much variety.

Great stay for 6 nights, special shout out to Detu who brought us our delicious breakfast every morning. Great location to walk to the beach for a drink or fresh seafood. It seemed like we were the only people to use the pool which made it feel like ours, and the private sitting area where breakfast is served is great to relax. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

It is located on a super busy road but once in the premises it’s like it doesn’t exist. Would be nice to have some food room service but not a huge deal.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and we booked a king room with direct access to the common pool, which turned out to be a delightful feature. Throughout our stay, no other guests used the pool, making it feel like we had our own private little lagoon :) Despite its location next to a busy street, once inside, the hotel felt like a peaceful escape from the bustling town noises. The breakfast served each morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They had graciously accommodated a late check-out at 1 PM, which was greatly appreciated and made our departure much more convenient. Overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a little oasis in the heart of the city.

There’s nothing we disliked but we noticed the hot water was a bit unstable sometimes in the shower.

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! Very beautiful and nicely decorated specious villas in a great tropical oasis. The staff treated us as kings. Special thanks to Judi and Anom. I was a bit sick and they were preparing a complimentary ginger tea for me every day. The breakfast was delicious! The pool area is one dream! With soft and nice sun beds. And I must mention one fact that traveling to Bali in a rainy season was a great idea. First of all it was raining very little and mainly at night, at least in this area. The weather was milder and most importantly very few people around. Most of the time we had the whole pool area only for ourselves. All restaurants accessible without reservation.

The only negative part is that although the location is not bad & close to the beach and restaurants, but when you exit the hotel area, around you have a lot of trade going on, food and other staff. The pavements are very narrow in Bali and the street that you have to cross to go to the beach and restaurants is very busy, so every time you need to run and pray that no one hits you on a motorbike but I guess this is a common problem everywhere in Bali except for Nusa Dua area.

The hotel is quite small but cosy. Our room in balinese style was quite big and very nice maintained. We wanted a hotel with such type of rooms. We felt as we were alone in the whole hotel. The staff was very friendly. It’s 5 minutes walk from the nice Jimbaran beach where you can rent sun beds. The middle and left part of the beach is much nicer. The breakfast was great.

The area where the hotel is located is not nice and not feel developed. It situated on the busy 2 line road. When you inside the hotel you can hear any sound outside except rooster and someone’s shout into microphone in the morning . Also we smelled the coal in the air that are used by street vendors or maybe local people for cooking.

Everything! By far the highlight was the beautiful warm and welcoming staff, they quickly became family and hugged us goodbye upon departure, this is followed closely by the immaculate accomodation, such a stunning place to stay. We stayed in the private pool villa, it was A-M-A-Z-INGGG! Everything very carefully thought out and such a beautiful estate to stay in. Felt very safe. The gym was fantastic too!

We stayed here after getting off the flight for our honeymoon. Our Villa felt very secluded in lovely gardens, despite the estate being situated just off a busy local road. Very peaceful, lovely room and beautiful pool in the garden. Close to the beach and the seafood cafes - just be sure to go to the cheap local ones, do not be put off it the menus look a bit tatty! The food is cheaper and more more plentiful than the jazzier places further up the beach. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful (a big hello to Anom who looked after us for the five days we were there). In short, we loved our time at JEstate.

Only down side was having to cross the road! But you get used to it quickly, it seems most if not all roads are like that in Bali!
