This place has an amazing view. We stayed 3 nights and felt very comfortable, the room is very big and it's well furnished. The bathroom is also huge and has hot water. The service was good they were always nice and helpful. We ate there a few times the food is good but there are not so many options. Definitely need own transportation for moving around. The location was wrong it showed this was on the main street but it's actually on the serpentine street going down to the lava fields.

They really need to improve the food at the restaurant. Both dinner and Breakfast. Dinner, i had salad and the salad dressing was too sweet i’m not sure whether they out honey or sugar in the dressing, it was really disappointing. I also had a chicken peri2, it was so bland no taste at all and dry. Breakfast- the local (Indonesian food are okay) but the western options were not great too. My family and i ended up eating at the other restaurant everyday.

We loved the room size, spectacular views of Mount Batur as well as the added bonus of free Netflix as well as other apps that you can use via the TV. There is no AC but not really needed as it gets pretty cold in Kintamani (and I'm from England, although I did actually get a little hot overnight and had to open the window haha). The WIFI was decent and my XL data was OK too. The hotel is located on a steep hill so take care going up/down as there are some trucks that use it and can make some noise early in the morning. Also to note, most restaurants close early in this area, last orders around 8/9pm latest.

The windows are single glazed so we could hear some people talking outside, the bathroom is open but has a bit of protection (could be a little strange for some peeps) and there was some noise coming from the trucks coming up the hill as the hotel is located by the road but overall was a great stay.

The room was alright but we upgraded into a bigger room facing the mountain (right below the reception area) and it was incredible!! The view every morning never gets old! Staff were great, assist us with our request and was very helpful! *Fun Fact: there is no aircon/fan cause temperature is that cold up there Will definitely come back ❤️

It requires a vehicle and we took a motorbike (esp to get lunch and dinner); it is 10mins away from Hotel however the road up and down can be a little scary cause of the slope and lack of lighting. The journey to get food can be scary and if on bike and you return past 630, it will get dark and the cold temperature made journey worse! so suit up, wear layers and if planning to take motorbike, please ride safely and esp if you’re afraid of darkness do return before 6pm!

The view from the rooms is incredible. The only thing I would recommend is to bring ear plugs as the big trucks are carting a lot of gravel all night up the mountain and the resort is right off the main road.

This property has so much potential! The bedding and floors were clean, however the bathtubs, walls and windows were quite dirty. Also, the "one-bedroom pool suite" was not a pool at all but a large hot tub on a balcony!

it was really nice view from our terrace. the breakfast was fine. the room was quite big enough for me. nice location and good access to the property. will come back for my next holiday. thanks for the service.

Very spacious, clean and well-furnished room with comfortable bed and fantastic view of Mount Batur. Very friendly staff. As the restaurant was closed already as I arrived they gave me a free ride to the supermarket and back.

Water pressure quite low. Quite busy mountainroad (with trucks). As there's no grab/gojek the price for the taxiservice is too high in my opinion (600k Rpto Sidemen)

The view was amazing... you can look clearly the batur mountain from the room... the room was huge... and have bathup also shower... food just simply food... bfast only offers you nasi goreng or mie goreng only no other options..the staff are friendly and very helpful...

Minim light.. i think must add some light... it will be perfect...also some foods options for breakfast...with a good value rate ...

We stayed in the best room in the hotel with uninterrupted view to volcano, valley and the lake. Sunrise was stunning!!! Room is very big and full of light. Bed is comfortable and with view (in our room)!!! Good breakfast - with view! It is also close to the big temple and not far away from the hot water pools on the lake.

Everything about the place is so good. Their rooms are very spacious with scenic views of Mount Batur, bathrooms are huge and clean. Their location is the high point. The staff is very hospitable. Ara (pronounced Aarey) is the smiling all-rounder who is happy to help.
