It was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Also it had breakfast and shuttle to the airport. However, it is really basic/modest. It was ok for what we needed though: a clean and private place to sleep.

The hot water lasts for 1 minute. I do not recommend the restaurant.

It was relatively quiet, the staff were super helpful (they helped with early breakfast, arrange a scooter, transportation to and from airport, packed breakfast, etc.). The pool is amazing, the restaurant has nice homemade pasta for a decent price. The ice coffee is really nice! Breakfast itself is quite comprehensive. The garden is also really nice, the entire area is green and lush which gives it a really nice vibe.

The air-conditioning was too weak, the room stayed warm even though it was on full blast the entire time. The shower went from hot to cold all the time, and the waterpressure kept changing from really soft to normal and back. The beds were two separate mattresses pushed together, and although they were comfortable enough, it felt like two separate beds because the edges of each mattress were quite hard.

The accommodation offers a great pool with comfortable sun loungers. The pool was very clean. The AC in the room was working well and there was hot water in the shower.

The place is a bit far from everything, about 10-15 drive, which is not a problem if you have a scooter. At the reception we were directed to the property next door to rent a scooter, however, the cheapest scooter we were offered was 170K for one day, which is very expensive compared to all the other scooters we rented during our holiday. So it was a bit challenging to find a scooter, as there aren’t other rentals nearby.

free airport transfer. breakfast was basic but ok la for a 1 night stay. convenient restaurant on site and supermarkets nearby . room had 3 beds which was what we were looking for. bathroom was small but clean with some toiletries. good for a 1 night stay.

its a but further out from town but there are supermarkets nearby so not too fussed for us as it was a decent stopover point before gettig on the boat the next day.

Great location for awesome local food. Only 2k from bajo centre. Less than 10 minutes on our rented scooter. Place is kept very clean, and the pool is just so nice and shaded by palm trees. Management are superb. They helped us out with an issue we had, and I could not thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly recommended value for money accommodation.

Some variation in breakfast would be nice. But as I said, cheap local food is 5 minutes walk so you can always eat out.

I had a wonderful stay at this bed & breakfast. The rooms were clean and peaceful, and the pool was a perfect spot to relax. The staff truly made the experience exceptional – incredibly friendly and attentive. They quickly arranged a scooter rental for me with an external company and had my airport transfer organized as soon as I arrived. Their efficiency and warmth made everything effortless. The staff are super friendly and helpful despite some of the other travellers being quite rude and demanding. The manager was very active on the property, tending to daily maintenance etc. The pool was clean and was lit up with blue and purple underwater lights for evening swims. It was very easy to pass time on the lounge chairs. The bungalow was clean and functional with good aircon, extra pillows, and non-offensive reading lights. The airport pickup and drop-off was seamless and included in the room price. The fruit juice and breakfast buffet at the attached Italian restaurant were tasty and there were free water bottle refills. The menu is almost entirely pasta and lasagne though, so as a gluten sensitive guy I ended up eating elsewhere. The kitchen was happy to make a takeaway breakfast box the night before my early morning Komodo tour though and I was able to store it in the little room fridge.

Staff began loudly cleaning the bungalow next to mine at 8am, frequently walking across my balcony while I was trying to relax and do some stretches. It seemed unnecessary to start so early, as no other guests arrived that morning. The hotel is quite far from town and up a really big hill, so not walkable. For a solo traveller it was cheap and easy to get a Grab motorcycle, but for a group you would need a taxi. There are only small local style warungs nearby, but also a large convenience store just across the road for snacks and toiletries.

My daughter & I loved coming back to World BnB! We had the same wonderful room the "Australiana" Room. Feels like our home away from home now. Wi-fi reset as we did our short walk to our room. Staff are exceptional; friendly & can't do enough for you. Pool is sparkling blue during day & lights change colour at night - just awesome with toddler pool as well. Swimming towels supplied when you ask friendly staff. Clothes airer supplied comes in very handy. Our room was clean & inviting & our luggage was safely stored while we went on our sailing trip for 2 nights & waiting for us in our room on our return. Love the spaciousness of our room & Big ensuite bathroom. Overhead fan is a must with air conditioning too. Tea & coffee making facilities in room with small bar fridge. My daughter wanted to see more of Labuan Bajo before we left today & friendly staff arranged taxi for us yesterday afternoon & recommended to be dropped outside Starbucks; (We initially asked for outside ice cream shop!), but more central near harbour. Easily got taxi back thanks to restaurant where we dined. Staff checked with us about ordering our complimentary transport to airport today & booked in our requested time & delivered us safely to airport. Complimentary filtered water on tap at restaurant is just wonderful thoughtful touch & saved us money & time. We arrived bit late for breakfast as had sleep in & friendly girls quickly reset buffet breakfast for us after they had just packed it away & cooked fresh pancakes & new large pot of tea. Fruit selection was good & sweet - papaya & dragon fruit. Purchased orange juice from small shopping mart across the road. Short swim prior to check out at midday. How good is midday check out! We thought it was just awesome. Staff kindly checked our room before we left for airport to ensure we hadn't forgotten anything.

Bed still uncomfortable & too hard for our liking. Pillows too soft to our liking. Disappointed with hot water - had it turned on full flow & was cutting in & out. We were so desperate for good shower after boat trip.

Loved our villa room was clean, spacious, small fridge & good sized robe. Our ensuite bathroom was good size with walk in rain shower & screened window. We had both overhead fan & air conditioner. We had lovely spacious verandah overlooking the inviting blue inground pool with 2 chairs & table; swimming towels available on request & clothes airer provided. Excellent beakfast was included & can highly recommend the pancakes. Just missed orange juice. Filtered water readily available at restaurant & 2 bottles of water at our disposal on arrival. The restaurant on site offered visitors discount on meals & offered Italian, American & Indonesiam cuisine at good prices. Even served us lunch at the pool. Friendly helpful staff also stored our 2 x suitcases securely while we undertook 3 day/2 night sailing trip around islands including Komodo National Park; which we greatly appreciated. Had same room upon our return for another 2 nights which was great! Airport transportation included which was again greatly appreciated.

Bed was too hard for our liking & needed firmer pillows.

We selected this property because it’s close to the airport and it has a pool. We were on our way back to Surabaya so it made sense location wise. We were allowed to stay by the pool past the checkout time so that was great. We were also provided with a shuttle to go to the airport. The room was basic but it was all we needed for just the one night. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food good too.
