We were pleasantly surprised to see that we had booked a 2-storey, 2-bedroom townhouse behind the main hotel and directly next to the pool. It was perfect for our family! It was nice and quiet compared to the noise and street traffic on the front side of the hotel. We loved the buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. So many options - pancakes, waffles, sushi, porridge, toast, fruit and lots of Chinese and Indonesian dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a very busy, city area, which was fine for us as we just wanted to chill at home and in the pool but might not be ideal for most tourists. The kitchen in the townhouse only had mugs, 2 bowls and no cutlery. Probably just needed a bit more essential items to make it functional. The furniture downstairs in the townhouse is in serious need of updating but other than that we were happy!

Location is more commercial - industrial. Enclosed facility no balconies or gardens.

Well located for what we needed to see. Rooms were a bit compact, but had everything you need. The bathroom design was strange. Even on a busy road, it was relatively quiet. The breakfast was pretty good.

When we tried booking the airport shuttle, we went back and forth for about 24 hours giving every detail under the sun. And then, they told us it was unavailable, catch a taxi instead. Considering our arrival date/time was known early, we could have been advised of this sooner? Also, we booked a room on a high floor, for extra, and were placed on Level 1.

staff did a good job. well trained, thoughtful, helped me charge my phone and park my bike

they only had jack daniels for $15 us/glass, there were 6 drinks on the menu. the hotel manager let me down on this one. there is an indomart right next door and they could buy local whiskey at least for the cost of 3 shots and make more money. alcohol never expires, there is really no excuse for not having ordered enough of the drinks that appear on the menu. looked like it had been that way for some time too. as I was staying 1 night because I got locked out of my other hotel, I really needed a drink before bed!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and once again extremely happy with everything about Sunrise. The staff are always welcoming,smiling, willing to help out in any way possible. A special mention to Dina (and her team) in the restaurant always so friendly, polite and such a beautiful start to the day to be greeted at breakfast by Dina smiling and welcoming us each time we visited the restaurant.

Nothing at all.

I absolutely loved the staff and the fact that they made an effort to remember guest names (shoutout to Dina specifically- it was wonderful to meet her). There was also quite a bit of variety for breakfast.

The room could have been cleaner. It seemed as though it was cleaned after previous guests, but hadn’t been checked again before my moving in, as there was dust and stuff collecting on furniture.

The staff were extremely welcoming, especially the breakfast staff and lobby staff. A lovely staff member Dina was very helpful and lovely.

The only thing is that I had hoped that the room was bigger but I may have just booked the wrong room

Friendly staff, good location, good value, pool and gym was good enough.

The room was kinda small. The towels for the pool had stain on them! Also the bath towels were very worn out and looked very dark instead of white!

the staff were all very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was always delicious and a good variety. beautiful view from the suite i had the view from restaurant was awesome.

the pool location was probably the only let down.

Hotel is great but the staffs are amazing. They were so friendly. I came to this hotel for Nyepi staycation. Pak Hendri in front office, He welcomed me warmly and remembered my name when I checked out from the hotel. He has a genuine personality. During breakfast, ibu Andi always checking if we need anything else that she can assist with. FB team Novi and Sri they are really friendly. overall I am happy staying in this hotel. i would recommend this hotel to others. thank you for your hospitality . :)
