My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and we didn’t want to leave!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the villas were so clean. The private pool was a really good size and you got sun over the pool/outdoor area from about 9am to about 4pm - fantastic if you’re wanting to laze by the pool with a bit of sun!! The breakfast each morning had good choices, eggs all different ways, fruit was so fresh, bread, and delicious coffee. It was so easy to ring reception for any of our needs- we had masseuse come to the villa a couple of times for massages. The Villa is super quiet, we couldn’t hear other guests when in our Villa. Really was 10/10 and would highly recommend!

The location is about a 10-15 minute drive down to the main area of Nusa Dua but that didn’t bother us at all. It was so easy to get a taxi. The staff booked us taxis/bikes on the app for us. The only other thing was that there was no juice included in the breakfast, you had to pay extra for that.

staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. and the villa was so nice. it was a special treat for my friends and I. especially loved the birthday candle on the bottle of prosseco. the restaurant was lovely. the villa van was super helpful if we had to quickly nip to the local supermarket.

only a small thing, could of had a sun lounger by the pool. the bean bags weren't the most comfortable

Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights. Everything was perfect except location. The hotel is pretty new. It has a modern facilities and really clean. All staff was so nice and lovely. They were always smiling and thoughtful. This hotel is not in the center so takes a time to go anywhere (should think about traffic jam it's pretty crazy...). We had breakfast every morning at hotel. They have several menu and all food are so yum! (we tried everything). Most of all, I loved swimming in the private pool that was awesome ❤️❤️❤️ You could hear some sound from next door, but if you call to front they will give a call to them so don't worry about it. I would love to stay again if I come to Bali again. I already miss everything there. Thanks for making us so happy and comfortable 🫶🏼

It would be great if there is better (or bigger) hair dryer. It was small and cute...😂

This villa was amazing, had great amenities and a good sized private pool. I opted in for the honeymoon package which came with flowers in the bathtub reading ‘I <3 YOU’ as well as flowers on the bed reading happy honeymoon. Also a cake was provided reading the same, it was a really nice gesture. The staff was great, had great personality and attended to all of our needs. Never received such service anywhere else. Had a moped accident on my first night and they spent time applying alcohol and ointment to mine and my wife’s wounds. Greatly appreciate them for that. If I do come Bali I will highly consider this to be the place I stay again.

The villa was near enough perfect bar the AC. The villa ceiling is roughly 6-7 metres high and the AC is situated more towards the top of the room. Slept most nights uncomfortable and hot. Called room service at 1 AM one night and they came and put the ‘powerful’ option on the remote, however this automatically turns off after 15 minutes so you have to keep doing it. If only the AC can be improved this will make it the best Villa out there. Spent most nights fanning me and my wife down with a handheld fan.

Great we stayed in nusadua. Very polite staff. Very relaxed stay. Kids love to private pool. Everything was excellent.

My room is nearby the resturant so every morning and all day I can hear the music through out the wall.

Location The villa is located in a quieter area and off the main road. We particularly liked this because we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing areas. Also only 20-30 mins drive from the airport, Melasti beach, and Nusa Dua. The complex is very serene, safe, each villa has their own parking space too. Villas Our family stayed in the 1 bed and 3 bed villas for a total of 5 nights, all were exceptional especially for the price. No issue with bugs in the outdoor bathroom and pool. All the rooms are ensuite. The beds are super comfortable. The villas are gorgeous and well-designed. Staff & service Staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in was straightforward. They were great at communicating with us, also quick to respond. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet could be improved. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special.

Staff were all cordial& professional. Acted promptly in fulfilling our requests when needed. Food served was seasoned& cooked well. Good buffet selection though we were only able to avail of our paid for included breakfast once since we had to leave early for our tours. Having our own pool that we can use anytime was convenient. The water in the pool was good temp too.

Housekeeping did not perform a thorough job with cleaning our suite. The foot towel that was already used& had shoe marks was just turned over, coffee cup used was not rinsed well. Generally, we kept the room in order so there was not much to clean.

The staff is exceptionally well trained, kind and accommodating which on its own warrants a stay! Great dining and lounge area. Exceptional drinks and coffee. I drove up numerous times after our initial 3 night stay to have coffee and or a drink in the relaxing and contemplating environment which is a reprieve with the chaotic roads and mass tourism that now defined Bali!

Rooms are organic in design with cool outdoor bathrooms and showers, thus you will experience a bit of "nature". Ours came in the form of a baby scorpion that dropped from the ceiling two inches from my son's pillow😱 While we were a bit freaked out and uneasy with regards to closing our eyes at night ... the staff thoroughly checked the room (at 2 a.m) and ensured is that this was a one-off and the scorpion likely came through the door during house cleaning. We had no further incidents. If you are looking for a mega hotel with a large swim up bar and massage tents in the beach then this is not your place. However, I would say this would appeal to couples looking for a relaxing and contemplating space with privacy. You will need a car or scooter to access in my opinion.

Incredible villa!! We were so impressed by everything, to the buffet breakfast, to the staff, to the amenities at the hotel we couldn’t have been more lucky. Perfect size Villa for us

The location of the villa meant that there weren’t any shops we could walk to, even just a corner store. But this is what Gojek was great for so it wasn’t a real big issue. Also this is just personal preference but I would have loved the sun to have hit the pool/the deck directly, the roof covered it most of the days. I assume there would be other villas that the sun directly hits
