Outstanding location with a great view of the sea and Bali!. Their food is good and they tried to help us as much as possible. Room was quite comfortable

Great location, team and the food in the restaurant is very tasty. It looks like the staff is inexperienced, but they are definitely willing and will learn.

Definitely overpriced.

It was a small resort right on the beach. Although the beach was nothing special the snorkelling was great just a few hundred yards away. No need to book a snorkeling trip.

The restaurant area was tiny and at breakfast times we were plagued by hundreds of flies landing on our food which was gross.

Truly breathtaking view to wake up to every day. Clean beach .. snorkelling straight out. Fantastic pools and pool bar. Great cocktails. Restaurant was that good we stayed in most nights for dinner and pool side snacks. Breakfast was amazing. Much to choose from. Proper coffee. We could never quite finish it all! Very attentive staff and prompt room service. Very clean also. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect.

An occasional bad smell from the bathroom drains but thats Bali! Some items on the menu significantly overpriced for Bali like 1 small bowl of popcorn for 50,000 ($5) and 1 tiny scoop of icecream for 70,000 ($7) .. kept the snacks at a minimum though 😉

Very nice, clean and cozy rooms, amazing location right on the beach. Beach is nice and offers amazing snorkeling experience. Tasty breakfast (a la carte), good coffee. Overall the resort looks nice and fancy, every room is facing the pool and beach. Kind staff at the reception.

The pool could be cleaner. It contains a substance that stains white swimsuits, so be cautious. The staff did not inform us about it, so our swimsuits got ruined. The housekeeping staff could be better trained and should behave more professionally. They often gathered in groups by the pool or next to the villas, laughing and talking loudly, while guests wanted to relax by the poolside. Not stable wi-fi connection. Snorkeling equipment could be included (we rented it for 100.000 IDR for one afternoon at the reception). The hotel is situated in an area lacking nightlife options, and there is litter everywhere in the vicinity.

The hotel is beautiful, the beach is 10 out of 10, didn't see such a beautiful reef even in Maldives.

Unfortunately, not everyone speaks english very well. the staff tries to be nice, but if you need to tell them you are allergic to something, chances that they ll understand are 50% The food at a 5 star hotel could be a little better. Breakfast was great, but the dinner left me wishing i ate somewhere else. p.s. The looks and the whispers didnt make me feel a 100% comfortable wearing a bikini infront of the staff. its my personal feeling, dont want to judge anyone, but that was the only hotel i had that feeling at.

Amazing location, great beach in front of the resort, nice room and pool. Food is very nice, however not a lot of local dishes options. Staff were kind and attentive and rooms clean.

There was no QR code to access the resort’s facilities page and their website is outdated. No whatsapp assistance was offered, which was odd as in any other resort we stayed in Bali/Gili it was the main poc. I wish the reception would have suggested some activities to do in the island or any kind of service they’d have been able to book for us - we ended up arranging our own driver and excursions. There is no spa. The pool bar was just there but no service was offered; multiple times I had to go to the restaurant to order a drink at the pool. No music unless the guests plugged their phone in to play some. This is no criticism to the staff, but management should do better giving them the tools to offer a better service.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Nusa Penida, right on a perfect beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Basir, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. For my 30th birthday, Basir and the hotel staff orchestrated the most beautiful romantic dinner and room setup, complete with a delicious cake. It was a magical evening that we will cherish forever. The rest of the staff were equally outstanding, providing excellent service and always with a smile. If you're looking for a memorable stay with top-notch service and breathtaking views, this hotel is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

This place is such a little hidden gem! It is placed perfectly on a quiet little beach with crystal clear water perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Not many places around this resort on Nusa Penida have access to such a perfect beach. All rooms are just meters from the resort pools and beach. The rooms are immaculate and the pools are amazing. I believe the resort is only a couple years old. Staff were amazing and tendered to our every request. We got to see some beautiful sunsets from the swim up pool bar open from 1pm everyday. I came here with my mum and my partner and we had a great time, but this place would be perfect for couples and honeymooners. You can't complain about the price to stay here either. I would love to come back here one day, but it would be hard to beat our first experience here.
