The employees at the loby and reception desk are friendly and diligent.We like the welcome drink.Dinner is delicious.The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.My friend left something they kept it.Thank you very much Hotel Neo Gajah Mada.

At breakfast,the staff seems to lack . experience when keep asking for the room number and repeatly asking for the name and not finding it.Need a senior staff to help.

Very strategic, everything is near to food area / street food. We received fruits at our room so that is a nice way to welcome guest. Would definitely stay here again and kudos to one of your staff, Aditya, never fail to greet us so joyfully. He also managed to seek grabcar for us and manage traffic when we want to go to our car since the traffic is hectic at Pontianak.

The downsize is noisiness but I don’t mind because Im a heavy sleeper, but it might effect others who is a light sleeper.

Strategic location, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities

A bit noisy even though the room is on the 8th floor, maybe because it is located on the side of the highway. There is a reduction of 1 day of stay from the initial plan but it cannot be replaced with other facilities because the hotel was issued via booking.com and booking.com cannot be contacted either.

The location is great.

There are ants in the room. Coffee table and bed-head were dusty. Room's Aircon remote is not functioning, can't adjust AC temperatures; has to ask housekeeping to adjust it from main control. Housekeeping takes very long to get back but I am very glad it does get back!

The location,the parking and the food from the hotel restaurant especially the nasi ayam ngantuk.hotel is near the indomaret store.

location is prone to minor flooding,if you were to walk it will be wet.

Enough facilities and toiletries provided, variety of breakfast menu, well-mannered staff, fast check-in. Next to mini mart and convenience stores.

The room size differs although it has the same bed type. Water cant be drained easily in some bathrooms.

I was booking for 5 room for me and fam One of my room are deluxe room Was sad im about to sleep around 4pm then check my bed There's was mark in the linent someone been use it. Then i call the staff take more than 30 to proses for the future please check it first b4 someone else check in

good place overall, super good breakfast and location

the view from my room was directly at a parking lot 10 meters away where a lot of people were hanging out every evening and looking back at me, which is a bit weird. but rest was good.

Friendly staff, convenient and great location to have indonesia food abd walking distance to centre of pobtianak.Room comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff when require assustant from them. Good hotel and value for money.

All i like no further comments.
