Everything!!!! The whole property is just amazing! The manager Erna and her beautiful staff are so attentive to all your needs! I did my birthday there solo! And from the moment I got up I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and cake given to me oh with a hbd song too😀😀 I felt very special the breakfast is so fresh and delicious!! Mind you you have fresh fruit daily! At any time plus your coffees teas biscuits and chocolates!! The whole place is spotlessly clean!!! Pool is beautiful clean as well and a lovely temperature! I have to say if I had to chose 1 thing I love the most besides the staff would be the shower to me it is like a waterfall! So beautiful!!!!!

Can not express enough how much I loved staying at PinkPrivate. I decided to celebrate a "milestone" birthday in Bali and searched long and hard for the perfect location ... and am so pleased that I chose PinkPrivate. Myself and 5 of my gal pals arrived at various stages over the week and the staff at PP could not have been more welcoming, more attentive and generally more just pinkalicious fabulous. All of our rooms .. ranging from the Cozy to my fabulous Grande room are styled to perfection and the Villa facilities, pool area and communal kitchen all added up to the most wonderful week. But it was the staff that made our stay even more special .. from the "Birthday Surprise" and Cake to the warm welcome and beautiful goodbye .. just can not get any better than this. Ohhhhhh .. and the Pink Bicycles .. the BEST way to get around Sanur .... I will be back to float around that fab pool again!

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The property is beautifully maintained, with charming details at every turn. I especially loved the complimentary bicycles, which made it easy to explore the nearby areas at my own pace. The location is tucked away from the more crowded tourist spots, offering a peaceful atmosphere just a short bike ride away from the beach and restaurants. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. While lounging by the pool, I was surprised with refreshing lemon water and a delicious little ice cream. Each evening, I found a special gift in my room, like sea salt for a relaxing bath. The hotel also offers free fruit and tea in the dining area, available 24/7. And I also appreciated their efforts to reduce plastic usage, which made the stay feel even more eco-friendly! The experience was truly remarkable, and I can’t wait to return!

As soon as you walk through the front gate you can feel it's tranquility. Exquisite...is the perfect word to describe the detail put into this place and the staff who run it are on point. They make you feel at home, like one of the family. The bathroom and shower in the Grande room was magnificent. Communal kitchen was a treat with fresh interesting fruits, some of which I had never tried, cookies, tea and anything you need really. This place is an absolute treasure. We had a great time here. Nothing really, except the mattress on the bed was quite hard which isn't our style. We used the extra large foam bench chair pads in the end as a bed topper.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pink Private Sanur! The staff were truly amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering both comfort and a sense of luxury. Everything about the place exceeded my expectations, from the serene ambiance to the thoughtful amenities provided. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Sanur, I can’t recommend this place enough. It was an incredible experience!

In a very quiet better area of Sanur and a bit off the beaten track but the property does provide free bicycles you can use . The rooms were immaculate and very tasteful with lovely fresh breakfasts, the pool area was very peaceful. Fantastic staff the young ladies (sorry can't remember names) and the night man are brilliant, very friendly, caring, always smiling and laughing which is nice to see in a work place. All in all brilliant value for money and we would love to return again one day

A bit away from the main area of shops, bars and restaurants etc but still worth it for the peace and quiet WIFI hit and miss

A beautiful oasis. Tucked away and serenely quiet. Rooms are super spacious with a seperate toilet vanity area and seperate partially enclosed shower room which was stunning with good water pressure. Bed was so comfortable and a couple of very comfortable cushions each. Partially private outdoor couch and pool area has plenty of loungers and sun cover. Generous little treats delivered to the room and the pool. Good bikes that could be borrowed to make a trip down to the Sanur promenade. Fabulous nearby finds on our last morning were Gecko Coffee and Jhoii Vegan restaurant. Coffee was superb and we got a takeaway breakfast from Jholl as they are under renovation. Breakfast I wanted to eat over and over again! Taxi to heart of Sanur was under 4000RP - just give the driver 10,000 - traffic is intense. The accommodation for what you received was exceptional value and I highly recommend. Great communication too from the lovely Erna.

Nothing not to like but if you are a future guests then don’t be those guests who sit in the serene pool area and have a loud conversation with each other for half an hour while others are trying to relax! Just don’t.

Highly recommend staying here. The 8 cosy units have lovely green plants around them so they are all very private and quiet. We had # 8- Do it again, which is a large room with an amazingly large bathroom. The bathroom has a stunning waterfall shower with an outside feel-without any outdoor bugs! The pool is lovely and a nice way to meet other guests. The staff are so willing to please and they go above and beyond- even giving little nightly gifts and bringing treats by the pool. The shared dining/ lounge area is lovely and you can make coffee etc and it has fruit, biscuits etc as well for guests. Each room has Netflix movies which was lovely. Having free bikes to use was such fun and we could quickly ride to the beach (and along the beach-walk which goes for 7km) or to the main road to find food places. We used the bikes daily- they are so easy to ride and such fun.

For some people the location may be an issue, but you do pay so much more to be beachfront- and the beach is close if you ride the bike (5 mins) and grabs/ taxis are cheap to the icon mall, the main shopping strip etc.

The Villas are lovely, quiet, spacious, clean, well maintained. Spectacular feature bathrooms/showers. Gorgeous pool area, great breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Loved not having kids around for our anniversary trip.

It is a little far out of Sanur village area, at least a 20 min walk to get a massage, cocktail or decent coffee. The are no onsite food/beverage options so you must go out or order via Grab/Gojek for anything other than breakfast although you can BYO from the local bottle shop/grocery and the staff are happy to provide ice, blend fruit etc.

PinkPrivate Sanur lives up to its reputation - there’s a reason why the reviews are outstanding. Sanur was the final stop during our two week Bali honeymoon and after departing Nusa Dua we are so glad we opted for a small adults-only property in lieu of a larger oceanfront hotel. We were warmly greeted with tea and refreshing towels. The property is immaculate, everything is as pictured: tranquil, light, beautiful. The staff is responsive and so gracious. Personal touches include his and hers pajamas, aromatherapy, and nightly gifts. The lounge area is stocked with filtered water, coffee, tea and cookies. We had breakfast on our last morning and wish we’d done so more often - the bread was fresh and the eggs delicious! Special thanks to Erna for her extra assistance. We didn’t share that we were visiting on our honeymoon but it seemed as if the team knew - we felt pampered in every way.
