how calm and relaxing it was, the bed was comfy and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. there was a mini mart right at the entrance of the villa which also makes our stay 10x easier. the location was perfect, only a 10/20 minute scooter ride to and from the most popular places around seminyak and Kuta/Legian.

bathroom sink was not secure, you lent on it and it nearly collapsed. The mould in the bathroom and shower was a lot. the food menu for breakfast wasn’t overly exciting. had to choose from the same three menus every morning… for what we paid I would’ve thought that there would’ve been a change of menu or more options. when we arrived and checked in we also had to pay an extra 300$ aus more, then what booking dot.com said the price was. unfortunately due to the language barrier we had no choice but to pay it.

We stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. Nice little private complex of 9 Villas,The room was a good size the bathroom set up was a little bit unusual but was ok The A/C was nice and cold Pool area was nice and a good size, pool depth was nice but would have been better if there was a ladder to get out of the pool., The staff were all very friendly the security guy was absolutely amazing he would open the doors for getting in and out the Taxis and would carry your shopping etc inside the villa for you even when i would grab a few beers from the Mini Mart out the front of the Villa he would take the beers into the Villa for me.... amazing service. Nice breakfast every morning that was delivered to our Villa at our pre arranged time.. Although there is no restaurant onsite there was a small room service menu available at quite reasonable prices There One thing to note there is a temple about 100 metres from the Villa and every morning at 6am ( again at 12 noon and 6pm ) there would be some quite loud Balinese music and what sounded like a man saying a prayer that would go for about 5 minutes It didn't really bother us as we like to get up early but some may not like it. We look forward to returning again in the future

Minor maintenance was needed here and there around the Villa

very spacious, good size private pool, the ability to separate from bathroom and kitchen

property needed maintenance, doors were rotting, the bathroom sink area needed to be cleaned and recaulked. The damaged water spots in the unit need to be looked at, fixed and then new drywall and paint. the bath tub only ran cool water which did not give us the opportunity to use it. the shower heads need to be de calcified so that water drips through properly. The couch and chair were very badly stained that we had to ask for a clean sheet to put over before we would use.

The villa was immaculate and beautiful presented, loved the pool and the breakfast service. The villas are cleaned daily and have two air conditioners in the main bedroom which is absolutely perfect for the Bali heat. Definitely will book again what a fabulous start to our holiday! No faults! 10/10 service.

private quite place, great for family or couple vacation. wide room space, even has king size bed, sofa, laptop desk, and wood bench but still has wide space. wide bathroom space, wide vanity mirror, shower, toilet, bathtub are separated. kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dining set, and also has space for small dinning table. best part is private swimming whirl pool that can be access direct from the room.

i heard chanting in the early morning, that wake you up and questioning where that sound come from.

Great villa! Staff were super helpful and the place was kept very tidy. Pool was bigger than expected and amazing to have a private pool to myself. Would stay again 🙏

There wasn’t loads of restaurants near by so if you want to be in the thick of it this isn’t the area.

There was an ample amount of space. The swimming pool was great. The staff were the best. Especially the care taker. He made sure we were good

The doors accessing the bathroom and swimming pool were broken in the Villa. The lighting is very dim too so it was difficult to see things at times in the kitchen.

Amazing service by the staff. The stay was very comfortable and the service is exceptional. It’s relatively close to the airport and there’s a convenience store just right at its door step. Highly recommended
