It is 100% exactly like the pictures. Staff were always lovely and happy to help with whatever we needed. We had the Romantic Dinner and Flower decorations and they were even more spectacular than the pictures. The pool gets the perfect amount of sun. Breakfast was cooked in our villa each morning and always so delicious. This villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Bali but was great because it was nice and peaceful and a taxi was only around $3AUD into Garlic Lane. Plus there is a supermarket and stalls just a short stroll away. The daily cleaning and nightly turn down service added those sweet little touches but then they also start mosquito coils each night for our comfort. We ordered room service pizzas and they were delicious and so fast in delivering. Highly recommend staying here. There is nothing I can say negative about this property and the staff. Including lots of communication prior to our arrival from Sagung made our first trip to Bali so easy and relaxing. Thank you Sandy Agung Villas!!

Breakfast was cooked daily which was really lovely. The complimentary massage was fantastic. Just the privacy, and having such a big space to spread out. The location was great. Close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the main Semanyak shopping precinct. Everyone at the villa were beautiful, kind and service was fantastic.

The TV should be a smart TV so there are more options but it wasn't a deal breaker as we were out for the most of the day. Sometimes the room aircon struggled but it was ok.

- I liked almost everything here , specially the staff is 10/10 - The pool is great - Privacy is 100% - Kitchenette, living room restroom and bed were all good. - The ambiance of the villa suited my need.

- Although all were good, there is lack of maintenance and cleanliness - The kettle had whitish milky water in it and was not clean, but we have hot water dispenser. - The shower drain was blocked(with hair and other stuff) and the water got out of shower area making the whole floor wet. - The shower area did not have place to keep shampoo and soap, it was kept near the sink, bcoz its a big restroom, we need to walk to the sink to get the soap each time.

The villa is big and quite well maintained. Pool is also good to have.

Breakfasts are not great + they come to your villa and literally prepare it in your kitchen -we felt very uncomfortable. Staff does not speak any good English. Villa is quite far from the beach and all restaurants, you need to have bike or get a taxi ( which is a complete rip off if you do not insist on meter). For example, once we got into a blue taxi, and driver promised a meter but did not turn in off- took 50000 idr, which is too much. another time, driver put meter on and it was only 7000 idr to get to the hotel. Feel the difference.

we had two of the staff come into our villa every morning as part of our package at a time we chose, which was excellent. the food was delicious and as always it was service with a friendly smile. the location is great, its 5mins, from seminyak square and eat street but just secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing back in the villa. the staff were extremely friendly and happy and they went out of their way to make our stay excellent

air-con in the room could have been a little more powerful for me but that is a minor thing.

We are a family of six and stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and our stay was excellent. The garden and pool are beautiful. The living room and kitchen are outside and it was very nice to sit there in the evening. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are too. Excellent showers. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We were happy with the location, restaurants and grocery shops are close by. Area is calm and quiet but it only takes a few minutes in taxi to get to Seminyak main street and Petitenget beach. Recommend downloading either Grab or Gojek app to order taxis and home delivery of both food and groceries, it’s very cheap.

Friendly staff, Beds, very comfortable. Big enough for 6 people, even though only two of us stayed there. Few good restaurants, corner shop and sports bar very close buy. Easy to get into centre of town via taxi/car.

With bathroom areas being open there are plenty of mosquitos so very important to close bedroom doors immediately. Also to spray with deet is a must. However, hotel staff do come and spray the villas and provide mosquito coils for the pool and living areas.

The fact that we had our own pool was super chill. The bed was comfy, overall a lot of space. Breakfast was included for us and they came at exactly the agreed time and finished the last bits in your own kitchen. Nice breakfast, nothing special, but nice.

There was a kind of tree next to the pool which lost leaves with orange powder. So that was annoying because the sun beds were placed underneath it. And I found a bundle of hairs next to the pool when we arrived. But other than that it was great!

The staff there was amazing, Tari and others exceed customer service 10/10. Room service 10/10. Bed super comfy 10/10. Villa was close to shopping district. 30min to Airport. Location is quiet with privacy.

The aircon could do an upgrade as it's not cold. The shower has limescale build up could do a clean. Food is ok but could do better. Suggest to add conditioner in the shower. Coffee machine was not free.

The villas are just a back from main area so quiet to stay at... Having your own private pool is a treat! The morning breakfast supplied and cooked in your own villa was a very unexpected pleasure!

I first thought some of the building was dated and maintained, however once I settled into Bali life and looked around at other buildings I could appriciate the villa even more!
