Near to beach, kids Playground, kids pool with sand. It is quite old accomodation, but at the end is good :) stuff very friendly, especially waiter his name was Menu, he brought every day avocados for our small boy 7 months ❤️ Food was good, but a lot of fried food - can be improved, but we weren’t hungry, which is the most important. We spend there 9 nights. Beach has black sand and some of the days was not so clean, but what we can do here - the sea will bring everything we humans throw away

Management, staff and service was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. Our upgraded room, complimentary dinner, and farewell gift was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. The location on the beach, proximity to two great souvenir shops/ restaurants, Mosques and main road was an added bonus... a lift to the masjid for jumuah with some of the staff reminded me of home!!!

There were minor maintenance issues, but this was evident in almost all of the resorts we stayed at. A more stable internet would be a great asset to the business. Finally, a constant hot water supply at reduced temperatures would be of immense benefit rather than the limited hours of hot water supply...

Location was good on the beach easily accessible by taxi from the airport reasonable price and easy to go shopping at Mataram Mal. We enjoyed the traditional resort style of Jayakarta. It was as though time stood still.Just what we needed. Breakfast had enough choices . Staff were happy to assist with any extra requests not on the menu. Best Soto Ayam I have ever had.Sunsets were magnificent . The Beach sellers were fun and polite to deal with …satisfying souviner hunters.

I liked everything the Jayakarta Hotel experience provided for this occasion. It is not a new resort but it is completely adequate for those who will allow time to stand still and just enjoy life in simple style for a while.

Extremely friendly, the location is good as it's not far to Mataram and a great shopping mall and restaurants. Two minutes away is a fantastic restaurant called Stanley Gardens. Friendly owner, reasonable prices on tasty meals.

The breakfast is very Indonesian and does not really cater to western tastes. But in fairness they do try very hard to make you happy

Though room was clean and well maintained but I guess the property itself is very old so the rooms had earthworm in the ceiling and I felt it untidy to sleep overhead earthworm and as mentioned the gym didn’t had any proper facilities for weight training so we had to pay extra to go other nearby gym

Junior suite was superb, very spacious. Love love love it. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back for a holiday again.

Would have given all stars if only the hotel provide ramp or lift to room that is located on a higher floor. My room is on the 3rd floor, had a little trouble to walk up/down the stairs to the lobby/beach as I had knee injury. It would also be a plus if the hotel could just replenish drinking water on a daily basis.

The manager Fuad and his staff were so warm and welcoming - something that you don't often see at a hotel this big. Even the staff in training were great! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms overlooking the pools and sea are so peaceful. I think the pools here are some of the best in Indonesia! I will return. Highly recommend!

Nice property, beautiful surroundings , little bit outdated. The staff goes above and beyond, kind friendly peoples. The pool was a hit for our family. The breakfast was good. They had very delicious ayam taliwang. Beautiful sunset 💗

Wifi could be better. And many mosquitoes so please bring your bugs spray.

The good things: - Comfortable beds - Large room - Outside terrace and next to pool - good pool for children - next to the beach - Breakfast buffet

The improvable things: - All the complex is old and many broken details. Needs a STRONG renovation. - Bedroom cleaning (floor mainly) - Toilet smelly - First day not hot water - Baby cod was broken on one side, so baby could come off. We had to quickly fix with a string - Garden is ok but could be better. - Could listen next door guests through walls.

A spacious room, clean, confy bed n pillows. They clean room n change towels every day. Nice breakfast for 4* hotel

At beach but dirty, away from restaurants n any shops, you need to take taxi. There is a restaurant in the hotel but expensive. Minibar is not working, AC noisy but they fixed it later
