It was a really comfortable stay at Mugeni Homestay. The location is great, and the rooms are good value. Best of all however, are the very welcoming hosts, Willie and Ruben. They go out of their way to make sure that your stay is wonderful. They sorted out my scooter rental for 23 days, and even took me to the airport by scooter at the end of my Lombok trip for a small price.

I had a good stay. Comfy and big room. Staff is incredible nice and helpful. Special thanks to Willy! They rent scooters and will make your stay comfortable.

Room could be cleaner. I had a early arrival and the room was not ready so not 100% clean. They did the best as soon as I informed them about it. Besides that I had an amazing stay. Totally recommended!

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff! We used this hotel as our base in Lombok and it was perfect. Cheap scooter rental and in a perfect location ! I would definitely recommend especially for the price !

From the moment I arrived until I left, they treated me like part of their family. I can’t thank Willy enough; he’s such a lovely boy, and all of them are :) The room is very spacious, the AC works perfectly, and it’s very clean - everything you need, really. And guess what? Hot showers!!! Also, it’s very central. Sengiggi is a very small place, so don’t expect too much, but it was a great, chill, and surfing time. If you’re a beginner, it’s a perfect spot to learn surfing. If I go to Sengiggi again, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Beds, friendly and helpful staff (arranging a 3 day Bike-Rental to Senaru for us, we could leave our bags at the hostel). Shower-Room was maybe a bit run-down but still did the job with warm water. Water stopped once in a while but as soon as you told them they activated it again. Gave me free soup when I was visibly sick with a cold.

The family is really friendly and helpful. Pick up/ drop off and drive around the island for competitive prices. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and there is hot water in the shower. Good location in Senggigi, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Excellent value for money.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We especially loved how comfortable the bed was. The A/C was a plus too and we had one of our best sleeps here. It was exactly what we needed to just have a good nights rest before travelling again.

The only thing we thought was the light was a bit too bright

They provide Scooter rental for very cheap. The scooters are in great condition. kettle in the room with mugs. Even provided a snorkel mask. Comfortable bed. Can't ask for more for what you pay.

Super welcoming and caring people, great value for the price. Can definitely recommend!

As others already wrote: bathroom smells - I guess it's coming from the sink. But you get used to it quickly and you also don't smell it in the room. So only problematic if you have a really sensitive nose.
