new, clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, spacious room, reasonable price, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet which can make you full until afternoon. the foods in hotel restaurants also taste good.

the service in the restaurant was sometimes slow. I love the hotel's location with the food court right across the street. However, it would be great if there is a traffic light or the overpass so it is safe to cross the big road with lots of speedy cars. We ended up eating only in the hotel and the malls as we were scared to cross the road.

Very clean, bed was comfy, kudos to the staff... they are professional, friendly, attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast spread was good, only something to improve is the placement of small plates, spoons, bowls must be according to the placement of the dishes. I came to the dessert section, no small bowls or plates available which makes me have to walk all the way to get it from another section, there was no small spoons on sight at the muesly yogurt section which was already scooped into the small glasses. However, overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

Air freshener fragrance was too strong, it needs to be a subtle fragrance, a longer interval for auto spray I guess it will help

During our stay from August 24th to August 26th, 2023, my wife and I were treated to an exceptional experience. Mr. Vivek Kumar and his team's attentive to service and thoughtful gestures truly appreciate it. A personalized welcome note and gift greeted us upon arrival, made us feel at home and appreciated as guests. My sincere thanks to the entire team at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong for making our stay truly special. We eagerly look forward to our next visit to create more wonderful memories.

There was a minor inconvenience from a bad smell in the shower area. However, it's worth noting that the JHL Solitaire team promptly addressed the issue.

The staffs really helpful and responsive. Robot presence and face painting during breakfast was really helpful to keep kids entertain. The food variety during breakfast also excellent. They also asking and listening to the customer input and make it better in the next day. The amenities also excellent. Aside from regular drinks, They give free snacks and soft drinks in room fridge, the premier room one even already have bath tub that provided with salt bath and bath bomb, in which I just found the availability of it here. As quite a new hotel, even the toilet was upgraded with automatic heated toilet just like in Japan. Really

During the first night, the sound from live music can really be heard from 9th floor, thou on the second night it less noisy than first night. Also, some people were smoking in seating area near kids pools. It's kinda disappointed since there's no sign of no smoking near kids pool and not all parents wants to exposed their swimming kids near smoking people. Hopefully, next time at least the seating near kids swimming pool can be smoke-free. Also clearer information regarding the kids spa about how to book and how long they can used.

The room was spacious, nearby local food stall and also shopping mall. The staffs were attentive and prompt, they cleaned the place regularly and it can be seen from the immaculate cleanliness in their public facilities.

the view in the window is blocked by their structural design, so when we open the window the view is a little bit obstructed and they dont give free breakfast for children under 12, but i think their discount rate is still acceptable.

Access to the hotel location is great The room is clean and comfortable. Also, complimentary fruit, and snacks in the room are excellent. I also like aroma therapy of shampoo and bath gel available in the bathroom. The breakfast has a variety of food, including egg station, salad and fruit

I wish the hotel window would be more soundproof...although the hotel provides ear plugs to.avoid street noise...

1st impression, The hotel have a pleasant perfume since we arrived at the lobby and during our stays. The room was spacious and my daughter loved the bath bomb provided for the bathtub. All staffs were very and friendly. Highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet, Acquaree Spa for kids and Acqua Spa for mommy which equipped with very nice jacuzzi. Looking forward for our next staycation at the hotel.

The elevator is little bit slow. A faster one will be better. And for breakfast, couple of the food is not fresh. Maybe because it is Ramadhan, so there are only few people having breakfast. I think it's better to serve less food for breakfast during Ramadhan. So you can maintain the freshness of the food. Thank you.

It was a super nice stay. The bed was comfortable and staying at higher room gave me a nice view of the surrounding area. Service was good and there was afternoon tea and cookies offered to the guests. They also have advanced service by utilizing robots, such as moving robot for desinfection at the lobby area as well as moving robot which offers appetizers at the breakfast restaurant.

Telkomsel service barely could work during my stay. I got very poor signal. Despite the hotel provided good internet service, I always prefer to use my private internet connection for my devices wherever I go. The sink at the bathroom is comfortably big however the space area around the sink is limited which made me difficult to put my personal cares.

Staff are friendly, service is good, facility is good, good variety at breakfast, diner at the hotel was good too. Hotel and room is well-maintained.

The bed/mattress and pillows were too soft. Not so good support for the back and neck.
