I loved this place. The room was fantastic: spacious without being vacuous, well designed, great air conditioning, free of bugs and mosquitos. The staff are incredible and helpful. The location is peaceful. Out of the way enough that you don't step out into traffic and chaos every time you want to leave the house, but close enough to some great restaurants and beaches. I would come back here again.

2 things I would say could have been better: 1) the food options could do with some work. I think having someone curate a better menu would go a long way. The food that is there is tasty though. 2) We had this beautiful out door space with morning sun and a pool, but no outdoor seating. Would have been great to have something there

The place is beautiful and the rooms are exactly as they look in the photos. The en-suite pool is a good asset and the place is overall in a very good state. The staff are nice as well

Even though the staff are really nice, they could do with some training and changing certain management policies: We were asked to go back to the room twice to explain that we were not stealing the towels they did not have in the first place after cleaning. They also noticed that the bill for the room had a mistake from their part and we were contacted after leaving the hotel to send an international transfer to pay for their mistake (with extra transfer fee). Small things that can be ironed out to make it a 10. Some building work on site

Excellent service from pre arrival communication thru to departure. The rooms have a simple, comfortable aesthetic that lends itself to relaxation. The surrounding area is mostly residential and rural and the lack of traffic is bliss compared to other areas. It's actually easy to walk to the beach if you want to (providing you have medium fitness level) and there is a chill rustic beachside bar for late afternoon drinks. We found that the Luna beach club was part way to our morning beach walk and it was a great spot to go back to for lunch, with a stunning set up. The Saren breakfast and coffee was great (was travelling with a serious coffee snob so that was a super plus,). The evening meal we had was enjoyable. Having a multiple plug and USB portal option was fantastic and ideal for work and leisure.

Adore the aesthetic but some clothing storage shelves would be a small improvement to improve comfort. We had an in room massage, which was fine, but there was no music during the treatment so limited the opportunity for a relaxing ambience

This small boutique hotel was such a great find. Surrounded by rice paddies - my favourite view, a small hotel with the kindest staff you will ever find. The rooms are huge and modern. The food and breakfast - amazing. Try The Saren Tuna Pasta - omg it was fantastic. I had the best massage ever in their Spa room from Tari - thank you. You can walk down to the beach as the traffic hasn’t built up here yet - it takes about 25 minutes. Or relax by the pool and let the wonderful staff look after you.

Nothing - it was all great.

The property is very nice and the rooms were excellent. The pool is small and you can just drop in and get wet but cannot really swim. The food is good and the staff at the property are very courteous and accomodative.

The location is a little remote with no easy access to restaurants or groceries. You cant really walk anywhere and are dependent on some mode of transport to move around. Owing to the remote nature of the property, there were a few insects and lizards in the property but luckily nothing disturbed us.

Room with private pool was lovely, staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was also fantastic at the property and there was a really lovely outdoor cafe just down the road we went to a few times

Staff didn’t always replace towels upon cleaning the room and room could have been cleaner as there were dead bugs on shelves etc. The suite room we stayed in for the first couple nights had a toilet in an open bathroom to the room which was in the same place as the shower. Would not recommend those rooms for more than 1 person as no privacy at all.

Loved the quiet surroundings and the amazing architecture. The place is lovely, the rooms are super big, the breakfast is good and the staff is super sweet. This is the perfect place to stay if you don't want to be in the overcrowded areas.

The curtain doesn't close all the way so the door to the balcony stays 'uncurtained'. Great if there's no one staying in the room opposite yours, but I discovered people had checked in when I got out of the shower and they were looking at me, haha!

Breakfast was delicious, as was all the food we ate there. Nice turn down service Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely light and stylish room Very relaxing and calm

Room set up was wierd, to get to sink after using toilet either had to walk round bed to other side of room or climb over the bath. No outside seating, we had room with it's own pool and small courtyard but no chairs to sit on or even take out of room to use. Nowhere to hang wet clothes after being in pool, just little things but just made stay slightly uncomfortable.

I love the design as well as the escape from hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. There were also many choices for breakfast and we can try it all during our 3 nights of stay.

There was a little bit of mishap in the main gate key where it got stuck and we couldn't lock it as it got stuck overnight and they can only look into it the next morning. Also they can be a little more detailed in their cleaning. For a workmanship that's not too detailed they could have charged slightly less

We stayed here for 2 nights and regretted that it was only 2 nights—we could have stayed longer! This is an amazing place for couples. The design and architecture are beautifully done. We booked a room with a private pool—the pool was clean and absolutely stunning! Unless, of course, you don’t like geckos and frogs :) The foods are one of the bests in Bali; everything we tried was delicious. The staff are also very helpful and do their best to make your holiday even better.
