Right in terminal 3 so you can wake up and go straight to check-in. Good enough for the airport rest, if you have an early flight. There is much more privacy and much quiter than a typical capsule hotel. Generally, I could stay there again if I had another early flight.

Be aware that the room is tiny. I had a backpack, but if I had a large suitcase, I think the only place I could open it was on bed. The door could be soundproof - I've heard the people walking and talking in the corridor. A bit claustrophobic without a window. Rather pricey for Indonesia and such a small room.

The hotel staff here are very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciated how Mr. Wahyu Yuna gave us a few recommendations of places to visit while we’re waiting for our flight, after he assisted us in smoothly checking into our rooms. There was a problem with our key card later that night but we were lucky to have had someone from the housekeeping team immediately come to assist us when he saw us struggling for a while. He contacted people from the security and reception team and we eventually got into our rooms to rest. Thank you for taking care of us!

Its a perfect place to stay when you are traveling and need to continue your travels the next morning. The amenities were very close to get a bite to eat or do a little shopping. When I fly there again I will definitely stay there for some rest between flights.

I had a hard time finding this place when I was coming in and going out. I think it was just me cause I was so tired from flying. I got turned around on where I was at when at the airport so I was very frustrated and even though I asked where you was located by a couple of people, I still couldn't find your location. Again I was very tired from flying. The pillows on the bed where very fluffy, to Big and I couldn't get comfortable. I'm used to lighter pillows and not as Big when I sleep. The Airport is huge and I'm not used to that.

I was pleasantly surprised and knew it was going to be a small room but it actually turned out bigger in size than half the accommodation I’ve stayed in in Italy over the last month of travel. Everything was modern, the bed was like sleeping at a 5 star hotel on a cloud. Luxury sheets, comfortable mattess etc. Two toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided (despite I only booked for 1 person). The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my 1 night stay. Kettle, coffee, tea and 2 water bottles. Staff were fantastic and helped me both up and down the stairs with my heavy suitcase and the location was perfect and easy to find. Lots of food places in the terminal next door to the entry where you could get food at 11:30pm if you were hungry. Shower was hot and strong pressure and exactly what I needed after 72hrs of travel to get back to Indonesia.

There was nothing not to like! Perfect for an overnight stay between flights. The aircon was super cold when I woke up though but it helped me move my butt in order not to miss my final flight. Apparently the aircon is set on one temperature for the entire hotel so I couldn’t increase the temp but I survived. Everything else was really great.

This hotel is in an excellent location for catching your domestic flight in Indonesia. As you exit baggage claim area at International arrivals, get the lift to the second floor, which is domestic departures. Section E, go to the food and shops area. Look for the 'Bodyshop'. It's easy to find, even when you're tired. After flying from UK, we had an early flight to catch to Sumatra. Check-in was a one minute walk from the hotel. It saved a lot of time and hassle getting taxis in and out of the airport. The shower was powerful, which was perfect after a long flight. Theres plenty of food options in the airport next to the hotel. Highly recommend the hotel.

The only thing that may be negative was the internal air con in the room, but honestly, after listening to jet engines for the last 16 hours, we got over it and slept. Check-out is quick, they take your bags to the front door and you're a minutes walk from domestic departures.

Great location, just inside Terminal 3, next to the domestic flight check-in counters. Very comfortable bed. The room was clean. The single room was small but just enough for me. The staffs were nice and helpful. The entrance is a little bit difficult to find, but there are staffs standing by near the entrance.

I enjoyed the facilities with some tweaks. The AC unit was loud and too cool for me, but I turned the temperature settings up until I was comfortable with the noise. The shower took time for your temperature setting to take effect. The shower did not drain quickly. The most annoying thing is that the floor is not equally level in different parts of the room.

The location, for solo traveler who doesn't want to exit airport zone due to late arrival is very ideal. Very pragmatic!! Dont need to waste time to wait for a shuttle bus that usually ends with desperation for the guest. To feel safe is to be like at home. It's a home when you are exhausted after a very long haul n have no energy to continue. It was a home for a pair of hours.

I have grabbed a very good price in booking. If you pay more than a million of Rp.. it would not be a good option to reach anymore.

Excellent Location of the accommodation facility in the interior of CGK Terminal 3 on the right hand side nearby the access to domestic flights - on the right hand side of the Burger King restaurant. The hotel is located just approximately 75 meters next to the check-in counter of the airlines such as Qatar Airways etc in Terminal 3 of CGK Airport. This is the reason why this hotel is a super safe choice, if a flight departs early in the morning and you want to stay overnight at the Airport Terminal of your departure to avoid traffic jam in the early morning hours. Quiet and clean guest rooms and a comfortable bed and shower. The doorman at the entrance was very helpful and friendly and carried my luggage down the stairs. Thank you so much for this kind assistance. Great, safe and comfortable choice for an excellent price. Would definitely book again this hotel.

The address and entrance to the hotel accommodation facility should be better marked and described also by photos uploaded on Booking.com as I had to search for the hotel entrance a while. Shower needs to be fixed / maintained.

Great location it you take flight at night or you have to wait between your flights. Very convenient, clean, it is all you need for a night. Hot water in shower, you can make a tea or coffe, there are slippers and toothbrushes with toothpaste, we did not take breakfast as we left before midnight. Very nice staff.you can get a rest and go upstairs to have some food. You can also have a drink . There is no window buy it is a lot of lights and it is in middle of terminal. Ther is option to take for a night or 6 hours in reception. But for us for night by booking was cheaper option. You can leave your luggage in hotel as check in time is at 2pm but they kindly gave us key at 12:30.

Location at Terminal 3 near airline counters made it easy to check in to hotel on arrival and to leave for my flight the following day. (I had stayed in a nearby hotel previously, but it took over an hour to get there: 30 min to wait for shuttle + 30 min shuttle ride.) Room was small but very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, location is down stairs from terminal flight check in counters, but staff carried my suitcases down, and up again on departure. Lobby was clean with a small food/coffee area.

Beware the bathroom floor: I stubbed my toe on the sharp ledge between the bathroom and hotel room. I learned it was common to have such a ledge to keep the water in (to go down the drain in the bathroom).
