Its was so clean

There were a lots of kids in the time we arrived and its was so noisy in the beginning

The cleanest stay in Indonesia I have ever experienced (been there a gazillion times). Room is comfy and the bed was great! Staff is some what neutral to friendly.

I booked right out of the map (said 10 min drive) for it to be close to the airport. Well it was still 30 to 45 minutes drive on a very quiet traffic. The hotel can't do anything about this ofcourse. The hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle service like what I'm used to being "close" to the airport.

The property is nearby the airport, which was perfect for us. We stayed here because we wanted somewhere to relax before travelling further. The hotel is fine but nothing specifically good.

The hotel was very busy and a lot of events going on when we arrived there. It felt a bit busy. Also, the pool is very small and always crowded. Did not feel comfortable going there (as a white female wearing a bikini).

Love this place, would definitely stay again if passing through Jakarta. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean and well designed. Food at the restaurant is great and the staff are very accommodating.

There was a big convention there at the time so getting service in the restaurant with so many people was challenging, at no fault of the staff I'm sure!

Perfect hotel to stay one night, before getting a flight from Jakarta Airport the next morning. Efficient rooms, nothing fancy but clean. Breakfast is ok.

We booked this hotel for the access to the Airport and for the pool. Unfortunately the pool closed at 18:00 and we arrived 5 minutes before. No dip in the pool for us to freshen up.

Spacious, modern design with all necessary facilities. Pool was large & well secluded, Rooms were excellent & the Restaurant food was uniformly delicious.

Very minor but staff didn’t seem to know a lot about shops & facilities in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

It is not about disadvantage, but it could be even better if they could offer the option for self clothes washing equipment.

A cooked meal from the restaurant was cold. Concerned in car the fish had gone off. Staff quickly replaced the food with fresh hot food

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us arrange airport transfer. Plus the location is ideal if you have a layover of just one night, as it is a 10-15 min drive to the airport. The room was also very comfortable in this budget.

The hotel is clean and in a good location for travelers from/to the airport. Breakfast and food are delicious and the staff is very kind. Sami was really nice! I had a fantastic experience as a solo traveler.
