Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The location is somewhat remote, with convenience stores and malls not being very close. However, there are plenty of options for ordering food via delivery apps. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and I couldn't get a stable connection in either room. The toilets are interconnected and share a single shower area. It can be time-consuming for a group to share just one shower area, despite having two toilets.

Overall, I had a great visit. The entire crew, in particular, is really kind and supportive. will return to this location in the future. Strongly advised to relieve stress from day-to-day professional life. The best cure.

The only negative was the third-day request for a change room since wanted a different view but was denied the upgrade room.

Location, literally you need to order a grab to go anywhere. Parking can be confusing because of lacks of signs. Only two lifts to serve 39 floors! The other two lifts should be enabled. B1 lobby is super hot as the aircon is always turned off.

A very clean and neat hotel. Staff are quite helpful. I requested for the bed to be decorated as it was the first night of our honeymoon and it was done nicely (extra charges applied for this, however). Both bath and shower had hot water. Comfortable bed & a lovely view from the balcony, what more could you ask for? :)

Our TV didn't work on our second night but someone from reception came to resolve this. The location is a bit secluded from the malls, restaurants, i.e. nothing is in walkable distance.

Perfect wifi. Full aircon. Can get rooms nice and dark. there was a mart downstairs (had fried chicken, donuts, coffee, fruit, nappies, near all i need). Service incredible. Pool had a slide which was a hit.

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.

Staying for 4 days 3 nights at One Bedroom Suite. Room was clean, complete amenities. Come with huge bathtub, and the buffet breakfast have quite a lot of choices. Overall quite satisfied. Very close to Soekarno Hatta Airport and PIK

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast spread was good. Food were tasty. Great swimming pool. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

Room was warm during the day up to midnight. Only a few sunbeds were available at the pool side and fully occupied. Lifts in operation were inadequate.

The elevators were too small, it took awhile to go up and down because it was always full! And the corridor was without no aircon, it was hot and stuffy, making waiting for the elevators very unbareable

The staff were exceptional, really helpful, and always happy. The location is not so far from the airport is a bonus.

There was little close by in the way of food outlets.
