it’s like being in the paradise, in the middle of the jungle. The pools were awesome, services and staff were excellent.

some of the furniture are old and not yet renovated: the toilet paper holder and some of the shower part fall down; we couldn’t close the toilet door.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The food were so good. There was so many options on the menu. The view from our room balcony was breathtaking.

Its very far from Ubud. It took us 45 minutes on the road to reach the center. The pool was very cold ❄️.

It was a very nice experience here! The hotel it s so beautiful, and the pool it s awesome. All the staff are very polite, especially Erika from the reception. She offer us all the necessary information and help us with all we needed. Dian and Nelly did us the best Balinese massage, and the yoga session was the best, we recommend Fudu trainer. Last but not least the food on Japanese restaurant was very good, also the show of the cook that make the dinner in front of us was so nice. Ana also from Japanese restaurant is the most carefully and nice girl.

Bali is a “Paradise” !!!! And Aksari Resort Ubud is a part of heaven - inside Paradise 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 Is Much better than photos- is the best hotel you can find- in the best part of Bali- literally a “paradise” , the views are amazing, the rooms are amazing, the pools and the jacuzzi is to die for, the food in the restaurant (we ate one week breakfast-brunch-lunch-dinner-drinks- and tried everything there !!!) is amazing, all persons who are working there are doing their best to assist you in every possible way, and all overall is the best 10/10 !!!! 🧡💜🩷

Everything was more than perfect !!!!

The professional staff, hostess Erika and Ayo maid our stay very special. They remember you and are always making sure you are enjoying your self and have everything you need. Me and my partner felt safe and comfortable. All staff were smiling and helpful. We enjoyed an amazing massage at the spa, one of the best massage I ever had. The perfect way to start your day is by taking one of the free yoga sessions with Putu in the morning, after the yoga you can go down to the breakfast and meet the smiling Lovi, she will make sure you have all you need at your table. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The property had an amazing pool complex. Everything was beautiful and clean, you can really spend quality time relaxing in the jacuzzi/pool. The staff was helpful and very nice. Here we truly have to give our best appreciation to Erika, who was always there to help us and give us a smile. The room was very big and clean twice a day. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

Although we are quite satisfied with the time we spent in the hotel, there’s still room for improvement. The breakfast had a wide range of dishes, however you can only have one of those. We have been to other hotels which, like this one, didn’t offer a buffet. In turn, they had a several course breakfast. Also the breakfast offers a bread basket, but I believe this should be upgraded (pain au chocolat, different varieties of bread, homemade jams, etc). The drinks at the bar are very overpriced. I ordered a signature cocktail. This was delicious, but half of it was a block of ice. Absolutely disappointing. In our room the drain cap of the tub was not sealed and we could not close it. Which means, when we filled the tub, in a matter of minutes it was empty again.

It is ***** hotel in the jungle with different kind of ifinity pools and two types of restaurants. The lodging is superb. Everyday joga classes with Putu are awsome. The joga classe's niveau is increased even further by the incredibel vista from the roof top where the class is held. The staff is very kind and helpful. They organise everthing you ask for. The rooms are spacious and secluded. The hotel radiates tranquility.

It is a bit pricy especially the restaurants. The cost of a dinner is similar to the one that you can get in Budapest (in the EU). Though one of the charms of the hotel is its remotness, it can be a bit troublesome to get around if you do not hire a car/taxi service or a scooter.

The resort could not do enough for us. The staff - particularly Lovi were amazing! If you have the joy of meeting her you will be very lucky. She in particular was so kind and attentive and made a continued effort to make our evenings pleasant. We won’t forget her! The views and the rooms were luxurious; we booked a river view and saw complaints that there was work being done which some people had an issue with - the noise was next to nothing and the times that the renovations were being made meant you weren’t really in the room anyway. The spa was lovely as were all the staff who made a big fuss of my partner for his birthday. I paid for his bed to have happy birthday and the staff went the extra mile and gave him a cake for nothing - such a kind gesture. We went on multiple tours and saw a lot of Ubud and surrounding areas with Komang- what a great guy!!! He couldn’t do enough for us and was really kind and thoughtful as well as showing us as many sights as he could with as much knowledge which we are so thankful for. Really beautiful hotel and really beautiful people. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay as wonderful as it was.

I found the hotel to be quite expensive - I had read this before hand but didn’t expect it to be such a difference as it was outside of the hotel - however we didn’t mind as the service was beautiful. Expect around 3x price of outside the hotel. 6 beers outside of the hotel was 300k, whereas one beer may be 150k inside. Once again this can be expected at a honeymoon type resort. Another point is that tours do not include ticket price - we were made aware of this however and we’re happy about paying entry fees - full day tour was around 1.5 million without extras. But this again isn’t a con it’s just good to know! Overall the hotel had NO cons for improvements - the rooms were perfect and cleaned beautifully and the staff provided a 5 star service, you can’t ask for much more.

Absolutely amazing resort and hospitality - certainly worth a visit at least once! Shout out to Krishna, Erika, Putu, Pande and the remaining staff who made sure resort guests have a pleasant stay. Daily morning yoga sessions with Putu, cocktail class by Pande, Krishna and Erika who welcomed us so so warmly and constantly checking in on us to see if there’s anything else they could assist us with! Spa in the jungle is brilliant - what a dreamy experience.

Prices of the food and spa are honestly not affordable and in fact quite steep (from a Singaporean perspective). Furthermore everything is subject to 21% (service + tax fees). Traditional Balinese performance though a nice touch but turned out to be an uncomfortable experience for us as it felt like we are in a trance when watching the performance (and felt quite off spiritually). Pillows weren’t great as well.. very flat. Housekeeping for some reason weren’t done well - our clothes were not folded and kept properly. Not a huge pain point for us so that’s ok.
