Very relaxing Friendly staff Loved the walk to the island off the beach Menu was good and quality of food good

The rubbish in the water. The hotel guests were constantly picking up rubbish on the beach. Would encourage management to ensure staff pick up rubbish. The lack of initiative of staff. Management should encourage staff to attend to guests at the beach, around the pool bar and the bean bag balcony to offer a drink or food rather than the guests having to go to the restaurant and asking for someone to come and serve them. When someone did come we had to collect our own drinks and then ask for someone again to take another order. We did not feel we were looked after unless we were in the restaurant. The very loud music in front of our room which started very early. It was so loud and inappropriate music that we could not sit on our balcony.

Amazing experience! From the free shuttle from the BBT terminal, the welcome coconut milk drinks, the warm smiles of all the staff, the room cleanliness and ocean + sunrise view, the food, and the common areas with bean bags and hammock everywhere. It was a very chill and relaxing 3D2N and we love every single bit of our experiences. Definitely recommend to our friends!

There were some mosquitoes during the dinner of our second night, but the staff were quick in noticing our discomfort and provided insect repellent for us. It was fast and efficient.

The Deluxe Garden little house is isolated by itself preserves the privacy which is important for a relaxing stay without disturbing noise if it is enjoined with another unit.

The wifi reception is poor during peak hours probably many guests are online at the same time. Should improve on Wifi system infrastructure as using wifi to surf online is almost a necessity for guests who prefer to laze around the property.

One night here to escape bustling Singapore for the weekend. Perfect pressure relief decision. Very laid back, but really well equipped resort. Room was fantastic and super clean. Food was soooo tasty. Infinity pool is lovely - quite small if more than 4 or 5 people. Did the snorkeling trip - well worth doing. Loved it all. Thank you lovely staff.

The resort is wonderful with lots of facilities, we almost had the place to ourselves, or at least it felt like it at times as there were few people staying, tourism in Bintan is not back to pre pandemic levels yet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with lots of choice and the included breakfast was great, with a choice of asian and western options. The view over the sea from the restaurant is just lovely. There is a freshwater pool and beach area which is great with provided towels to use on the sunbeds, which we had to ourselves. We had one of the Jacuzzi Villas which sit over the water. Its spacious but I would say would be incredible with an update. The furniture and decoration and the bathroom are dated, although clean. There is a Jacuzzi bath on the balcony area at the back which is over the sea but we didn't use this, it would have been nice to just have more room on the balcony and maybe a couple of sunbeds instead of the bath and a couple of big leather chairs. They are doing works on the resort whilst we were there and certainly nothing that disturbed us during our stay. They show a film at night, if it's not raining and there is a pool table for guests use. and also an onsite Spa. We took a couple of trips. Firstly the snorkelling (3hours). This was superb! we were taken out to their own kelong (house in the sea), it was teaming with fish and all kit is provided. We also took a Kayak out from here. The trip was worth every penny and its not expensive at all. We were lucky that we had it to ourselves. We also went to the Mangrove river/fireflies tour one evening (2.5 hours) just gorgeous, We were lucky to get a sunset and have a beautifully clear night. The guide was lovely and knowledgeable about the whole trip. We also used the spa for a massage, fabulous, and took out a paddle board which was great fun. The sea is incredibly shallow around the resort.

As mentioned the rooms could do with an update and modernisation

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is great as well, lovely beach. Good restaurant and food as well. The hotel arranged pickup and drop-off for us as well.. The rooms are comfortable and have the basic necessities.

The pool is very nice and the staff is very friendly. Some people mentioned that there was no real beach. That is not true. It just depends on the tide and I loved walking out to the small island during low tide. We were there during the week. The hotel was almost empty which I personally loved as it was very calm.

Everything was perfect. We appreciate all of hospitality. Staffs were so kind with warm smile, free pick up transportation from ferry terminal, clean and peaceful location, delicious food, comfy room. We'll certainly come back here to stay longer. We especially love the pool, this is definitely infinity pool!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make me feel at home. The lobby and common areas had a great ambiance, with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience."

It was fantastic. Everything was just perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday this is it. Staff were very friendly, there to help anytime, rooms and surrounds were always clean, lots of activities, food was also great. 😍

Probably the only thing would be that it was out in the middle of nowhere so not good for the shoppers 😱
