The place is nice and clean, I like the proximity to the Taman Safari, the staff are super polite and friendly, I went to the standard room, which was good, the restaurant (Caravan) is good and has a variety of foods (mostly Indonesian cuisine, but they have international dishes as well).

The is no Air Conditioning or fans in the rooms, I asked for a fan and first they said it is not available, but later after I showed my dissatisfaction, they arranged for 2 fans (for the 2 rooms I booked). The windows don't have a protection net to filter out any bugs if I wanted to keep the windows open, but I didn't need to do so after they got the fans.

Tree House is amazing. Ours was the one with a slide. Children loved it! Fresh air, clean room, friendly staff who are also helpful with information. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

It was tricky to spend three nights with a family as laundry service was not available. Drinking water was also an issue. Tap water is not drinkable anywhere in Indonesia. We brought a box of bottled water for our three night stay. Food was wonderful, it just a bit too pricey.

Fennistic breakfast with many options Very cool weather even in mid of August Perfect place for the nature lovers. Safari for a close encounter of various wild animals. feeding elephants, zebras. gazelles and many more with lovely sea lion and Dolphin show and a superb Cowboy show

Did not provide any complimentary toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It would be better if the guests are provided with free flow mineral waters.

it’s close to nature, spacious

the hot water is very limited. we cannot shower more than 2 people, even in different bathroom, in a row with hot water. and we stay in a 2 bedroom bungalow with 2 bathrooms

I like the environment around the accommodations, it's all nature. The treehouse is so unique and adds some excitement to the total experience. Mainly Indonesian food for breakfast but they're good.

The room interior is a bit dark, also the beddings. Would have been perfect if the color scheme is a bit brighter.

Breakfast was great! Location was good, peaceful, clean air. Very natural, there were monkeys too

There are smokers around (not many, just few), it is not the property's/resort's fault. But this is kids friendly establishment, the smokers should be just contained in some sort of smoking room/corner.

I stayed in Standard Twin Room in Ground Floor. The room has a door to the parking lot. If you buy Taman Safari ticket in this hotel, you can get discount and go to Taman Safari for 2 days.

There is a note about limited hot water so it made me feel nervous when i took a bath.

at first night there, there is an animal accidents..So please check all the room thoroughly. Quite making our mood down and think to just try to find another stay

Location, water pressure excellent, space enough, we stayed in Presidential Room No.120 (ground floor)

The bed / Matras very old, the spring hard, pain to my back. The pantry quite big, but no light, become dark. Have no equipment at all, but too much drawers, for what they have so big drawers?? Even the space still possible to put a bang actually. Wifi its not good weak signal.
