I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Losmanos Hostel. The location is very convenient where you have access to restaurants but also the touristic sights are nearby. The guys at the hostel are amazing, I ended up spending most of my time with them in the open area which has a very cosy vibe with the pool view. You can get any type of tour or information in the hostel. I did the street art tour and I highly recommend it. I stayed up late with the guys drinking beer, playing chess and watching the World Cup. Hope to see you guys again! I highly highly recommend this hostel to anyone who visits the beautiful Yogyakarta.

really nice vibes, the people working there are super helpful and gave me the best recommendations. the best place so far to experience the city and hang out with locals and travellers since there are all kind of different fun activities in the evening like going the a bar or having a chill movie night. but the best was going to the beach together to make a bonfire and grill marshmallows - you should definitely ask them to do that while you're there!! once we made a cute barbecue or just played some of the mini games they have there. anyways it's also a good place to relax and recharge your energy :) I'll come back for sure and get another tattoo in their own tattoo studio in the hostel

The best, kindest, most fun hostel we've come across so far in Indonesia! The place is run by 2 brothers and their group of friends. They do their utmost best to help you out with any questions, motor reservations, tour bookings, and ideas to spend the day. Their social interaction makes you feel at home straight away and creates an atmosphere in which everyone is welcome. We've met loads of other travelers, shared ideas, went to the bar or had dinner together and we had such an amazing time!

It’s such a great place to meet other travellers and and potentially do things together. Also Aldo and Aldi are wonderful and they initiate activities with the group, if you are interested. Had an amazing time here! Also everything like the airco (only in room with 6), locker, bathrooms with soap and toiletpaper always present, available drinking water etc. made it very comfortable.

Only point of improvement is the cleanliness of the floors inside. You must walk barefoot but sometimes the floor was a bit dirty which I didn’t really like e.g. after showering and going to bed. But for such a good price, still an amazing place to stay.

Great little posi in a great location. Super chill people and a friendly vibe. A great place to chat with other travellers. Situated in a quiet laneway, I felt safe with most amenities at hand. The outdoor shower and lizard was amazing. The pool, a godsend after a hot day hitting the cultural highs. Most people respectful of those sleeping. Our six bunk room had AC which made it great for sleep. GoJek taxi motorbikes found it easily too. A wonderful experience. Thanks Aldi and the gang 🙏

Great atmosphere, close to bars restaurants and shops, great breakfast options (especially the pancakes!!), clean room, loved how the two brothers have decorated the place, super quirky! Very much and inside/outside kind of vibe. They also very kindly drew us a map of the hostel and where our room was as we had a very late check in so staff had already gone home - made it very easy after a long flight! Met lots of like minded people and ventured around the city with them. Would highly recommend this hostel if you’re staying in Jogja and want all of the above!

Breakfast wasn’t until 9am which wasn’t a huge issue but does mean if you’re an early riser you will have to go out to get something :)

super chill place and we are sooo happy we decided to stay here. if you read this you might be wondering what area to stay in. while some hostels are closer to the train station, the area is also touristy and overcrowded. losmanos hostel is in a chill and authentic neighborhood, fun to explore by bike and foot. the hostel is super social and the on site bar has delicious beer and serves are kick-ass breakfast to die for! granola and fruits with strong local coffee make the day start right. the hostel crew speaks extremely good English and make you feel at home. it’s a easy going atmosphere and they help Organise everything you need at fair prices. 100% recommend to rent scooters with them too.

If you're searching for a sweet and caring Hostel in Yogya this ist the place to go! We met very nice people from all over the world, but our favourite ones were the owners. Aldi and Aldo are not just interesting to talk to, but also know a lot about the city and especially the art scene there. Tho the breakfast wasn't inclusive, its really worth trying the 'super omlette'! Thank you for the lovely stay, it was our favourite accomodation during our trip :)
