Excellent service, great assistance for honeymoon, wonderful special gifts and support. Live music was nice. Food is better than most places in Yogyakarta. Breakfast is fantastic with variety.

Wow! Such a luxury hotel, helpful and so friendly staff and what a clean room! We looooved the pool (area) on the 8th floor, we sat there enjoying our cocktail looking over busy Yogyakarta while enjoying the amazing food they offer. And maybe something small, but for us it was important! The laundry server was exceptional, we got our cloths clean, dry and folded within a day and everything was nicely packed in individual bags. We could proceed our travels with a bunch of freshly washed cloths. Thank you to all the staff, for the amazing service and the always friendly faces 🙏

We had a family stay at yogyakarta to visit the famous Borobudur and Prambanan temples . The hotel was good with spaceous rooms, and the breakfast spread was good. The half board option gets you 100k IDR vouchers per adult per night, which can be redeemed at the restaurant. The food options are limited but good, and I would recommend the Sup Buntut was pretty awesome. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a very nice view of the mountains near the city. The staff helped us pack some breakfast on the last day as we had an early morning flight, which was very thoughtful.

The location is a bit away from malioboro Street, and there is a lot of traffic in and out , we wasted a lot of time waiting for cabs from grab and took a lot of time to get around near the street of the hotel. Breakfast was not labelled for people who don't understand Indonesian, and we were finding it hard to select options. Overall, the experience was good, considering the hotel was quite chic and shiny.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, very modern and relatively well soundproofed compared to all other hotels we have stayed at in Indonesia. The infinity pool at the top is very nice and not too busy until late evening.

The hotel is pretty central but the street is dirty and busy so it's not very nice to walk around. However, to be honest, the whole city is pretty dirty and not really nice, so you can't really blame the hotel for that.

The Bath room, have to be carefull because the floor is quite slippery during shower, I have convey my sugestion to the Manager, It would be nice if they provide rubber mat on thr floor, it would be verry usefull for elderry,

It was clean and smelled amazing, staff was nice and it was always not too cold or too warm in there. Rooftop pool with sometimes music was amazing. Gym looked amazing and so did the spa but I didn’t use those. It’s a perfect place for when you wanna sleep. For the dutchies, it’s like a van der valk but Indonesian

The airco was very loud even when it was low, I had to turn it off at night because it woke me up. Even though it was off it wasn’t getting really warm in the room because everything was good isolated

We were here as a stop on our honeymoon. We were given a room with a great view of Mt. Merapi and had a plate of cake waiting for us in the room. All staff was very friendly but special thanks to Apri and Vivi. Value for money is very good. Modern, clean, rooftop pool, very extensive breakfast with many local options as well.

The fridge seemed to not be working properly, other than that, all great.

Everything, hotel on the smaller side but they have everything, good location , adequate pool, simple gym, great hospitality, clean and nice rooms and amenities, comfy king koil beds n fluffy big sized pillows I loved the smell of the jasmine green tea scent (my guess😁) at the isles from elevator to the rooms,

-They charge u for ice bucket brought to the room -Breakfast menu selections a bit boring for the 4 days I stayed there -One time I was using the gym there was no sports towel, I asked 3-4 times to different staffs n untill I funished like 1 hour later still no one came with the towels -The aircon in our rooms were very loud, even on the smallest wind setting -Sealent at the floor for the glass shower were blackish with mould, also the grout between the bathroom floor n wall near the floor drain was mouldy n blackish, it should had been easy to clean that

We have New Year's eve family gathering, the hotel provide us a memorable experience for the whole family, with food, life music, performance...including fire works! It was also family friendly environment!

In overall, the facilities and amenities are great! only the refrigerator in the room that was not cold enough.

The room was very clean, room service was really tasty and open late. The bed was very confortable. The swimming pool was very clean with a good view. Definitely worth staying there.
