The location was fabulous surrounded by great bars and restaurants serving yummy Irish cuisine all of them have live music both in the afternoons and evenings We visited in December Dublin had such a festive feel about and all trimmed up for Christmas My favourite breakfast was at the Bank 5 minutes walk from the hotel favourite bar John Gogarty s just across the road from hotel

The breakfast wasn’t great expensive for what it was the continental breakfast was just about passable but no slices of cheese just small squares of dried up stuff cold meats were ok coffee ok restaurant very work canteen like

No complaints with the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; I suffer with my back. The shower was fantastic also. Very basic tv, the room was spacious. The price was great.

The staff were quite rude to my friend and I. We were not dressed up upon arrival; we'd been travelling and were tired. The receptionits did not reserve their judgement. But after dolling ourselves up for the evening they had a very different attitude. For me, manners and respect - or in this case, a lack thereof - make or break a stay. I won't be returning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We could check in early at no extra cost - bonus! We also were given a free drink token for the bar inside which was really old school and playing live music, was excellent. Room was as stated, beds were comfy, shower was good. Only 4 channels on the tv though but that’s just being picky. Overall a really great stay for a good price and the best location to a lot of sight seeing adventures. Would stay again!

Friendly staff, awesome location-central, awesome breakfast buffet. Our room was large and clean . Great hotel and would return again if in Dublin. Great bar with local music too and welcome drinks for guests.

We had the same room as our trip a year ago, which made us smile. Ideally Temple Bar wouldn't be our choice of business, but Blooms is solidly built and therefore quiet. We also found quieter pubs nearby which added to our willingness to repeat staying here.

I seem to recall this on our previous stay, the bathroom drains are slow. And the internet cut out, but since we weren't there for hotel time and internet use it wasn't much of an issue except to stream music. Yes, that's our own issue.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was large too and we had ample desk space. It's located right in the middle of Dublin, within walking distance of all the things we wanted to go to (museums, the lighthouse cinema, many many great restaurants). The staff there were very friendly too, all in all a good place to stay!

Since it was in temple bar it could be quite loud at all hours- there was a truck refilling something across the road at 7am, people yelling past midnight, the works. We were also quite high up in the hotel so the wifi was a bit spotty at times. The double bed was quite small. Some of the plug outlets in our room didn't work as well, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location is ideal for nightlife in the Temple Bar area. Accommodation very clean and comfortable.

The location is superb.Plenty of eating places and bars in Temple Bar if you don't want to eat and drink in Blooms.Plenty of bus stops on Dame Street a couple of minutes walk from hotel.Museums and Galleries are easily accessible on foot if you don't want to get a bus All staff I came into contact with were very helpful and efficient .I ate in the Bar several times and food was excellent .Everywhere was clean in the hotel.

Location can be noisy as in the heart of Temple Bar I always travel with ear plugs.Also the refuse collections are done between 11pm and 1am which is also noisy if you have a room overlooking the street.This didn't bother me but if you like a quiet life the hotel is not for you.

I had a triple room on fourth floor. The location is perfect for getting to Trinity College, The Book of Kells Experience, the Guinness Storehouse & St Stephen's Green on foot. Bus stops are within walking distance too. It is a 3 minute walk from the stop by Air Coach Dublin airport bus. The area feels safe all day. The double bed was small but the mattress was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The room was cleaned daily and tea bags, milk and sugar were provided daily. The staff was helpful in ordering a cab to the airport. We were given a complimentary free beer each at the VAT House, the hotel pub.

The street cleaning vehicle was noisy during the night but only for a few minutes.

The location was great for being central and walkable to most of the sites we wanted to see. The front desk staff was super helpful with suggestions on how to get around. The breakfast was great. We did the full breakfast the first two days, but then just had the continental the last day which was plenty. There is also a pub as part of the hotel. It had live Irish trad music each night.

The room was quite small with no place to sit and barely enough room to get around the foot of the bed. It could be quite noisy from all the street sounds but that should be expected with the location. Ear plugs worked wonders.
