The apartment was well presented and had (almost)* everything we needed for a long weekend in Dublin city.

*As the apartment is quite literally above The Temple Bar, it was very lively until closing which is not reallyan issue, this is Dublin after all. But the main source of noise came from the venue having their empty kegs collected very early each morning, which took at least an hour. It may be a good idea to provide guests with some complimentary ear plugs or at least advise them they should bring some.

First I booked 2 single rooms. The single room was a disaster. It's so small that it's hard to move around in it. There's nowhere to even hang a jacket, let alone put a suitcase down. And in the bathroom, I'm afraid to take a shower because I felt like I was going to punch a hole in the shower with my elbow. After one night, my colleague and I got an apartment to share and it was a great change. The apartment was very good., comfortable, clean, with new equipment. The kitchen was very well equipped. Apart from that, the hotel's location is great. It's next to and above the most famous pub in the city. And one of the most famous place in the city.

Very, very small single room.

Good, clean, small budget room right near Temple Bar. Compact but exactly what paid for and more than satisfactory for one night. I came for the excellent FAI Cup final at the Aviva (well worth the trip for football fans) in doing so I needed to lose the hand luggage I had on me, so being able to leave this at the hotel was a huge bonus as its not always a given.

Room was slightly too warm given its size, not sure if there was a thermostat as I was late returning to my room but I opened the window slightly to counteract this. Not the hotels fault but nocturnal seagulls meant a night of broken sleep sadly, so might be worth noting. They made more noise than any punters to the Temple Bar area. The gap under the door like other reviews state is slightly too big so you do get the sound/light leak. Easy enough to sort though but worth noting. The price although is good for Dublin (not truly sure why the City is so expensive) is still not the cheapest (for a small room) in the grand scheme of things.

Stayed in an apartment above the Temple Bar complex, which was fully equipped and comfortable. Right in the centre of Temple Bar, walking distance to all we needed to do in central Dublin. Staff responsive to any issues. We are in Dublin regularly and will re-book in the future

No parking solutions - had to park some distance away and its expensive. If staying book car parking early to get it close by. Hotel did suggest solutions but all were full. Double glazing drowns out the noise to an extent but it was noisy outside, given the location not a surprise. Lots of stairs to the apartment, which was unexpected and tricky as I was there for work and had lots of luggage. We had a triple room, beds comfy but a bit narrow.

For the price we paid we were absolutely over the moon with the apartment we were staying in. We had a massive lounge with a kitchen and a nice size bathroom and the bedrooms were light and spacious too. Everything was very clean and the reception team were very friendly and helpful. It is right smack-bang in the centre of Dublin's nightlife so we loved the fact all the pubs and bars were on the doorstep and staying right above the famous Temple Bar was amazing.

Personally the noise didn't bother us as we are all heavy sleepers (especially after a few drinks) but I would warn any light sleepers or families with small children that the bar below does stay open until the early hours so it might not be ideal for some people.

We stayed as a group of 3 on Good Friday, location couldn’t be better. Check in / out was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and came with complimentary bottles of water, tea&coffee and basic toiletries. The beds were comfy and there was a decent size tv. The bathroom was also quite modern.

The WiFi could be better, we resorted to using data as it wasn’t good. The high up in the bathroom wasn’t screwed into the wall at all, and came off its balance when I grabbed my towel (luckily I caught it and put it back on). This needs sorting. The walls / windows are very thin so you can hear everything outside like being in a tent, however this didn’t bother us as we were out until late anyway.

The location was in the centre of Dublin which is the prime location. It was located near touristic spots and bars. Walking from the bus stop (from the airport) to the hotel only took a few minutes.

Because the hotel is located almost directly above Temple Bar (probably the most touristic spot in the whole of Dublin), it was very noisy and packed with people. You could hear people at the bar downstairs singing and talking from noon until 3 or 4 in the morning everyday. Also the streets would regularly be packed with people taking pictures in front of the bar. Despite all of this, I couldn't blame the hotel for it because it is situated in a great spot and it is expected to be this busy. The hotel itself was amazing. No complaints there. Just keep this in mind if you are travelling with kids.

Clean modern room in a great location. Nice to have the option of a cheap single bed room as a solo traveller. Didn’t hear any noise despite being in the middle of Temple Bar. Will stay again.

Needed my passport for proof of ID - seems unnecessary. The lift was broken when I stayed so had to go around the corner to a different entrance and up a lot of stairs. The man showing me to my room didn’t offer to help me with my two bags. Not a big deal but it would have been a nice touch.

👎🏻A short stumble meant we opened the window and you are pretty much IN Temple Bar! You could throw something from the bedroom to land in someone's pint in the bar on the ground floor below!! The noise! Ear plugs were provided 👍🏻 the music was great, people enjoying themselves til 2.30 EVERY morning. The worst part- the scraping of tables and chairs after close for the cleaners! This is not a complaint, it is a warning! I would stay here again, I have not been put off, but if sleep is precious, stay elsewhere!

Perfect location! Walking distance to the Jameson factory, the Guinness storehouse, Dublin castle and the temple bar was right outside the door!. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and over all excellent

On entering the stairwell there was a strong smell , I can only describe it as sewage!. It was the first thing you could smell as you went to walk up the stairs, I have to say I could not smell it from my room but wasn’t pleasant to walk past every day
