Rooms were big and the bed was superbly comfortable. Our four teens were in the family room and had tons of space (including two pull out sofas). The staff was lovely. The breakfast had many options. There was a place to light Channuka candles and the hotel provided free sufganiyot! Location was decent although we had to drive to many places. Really good value for a family vacation!

When there was a rush around 9:30ish at breakfast it was crowded and the most popular foods (like waffles) weren't replenished quickly.

Clean,comfortable and safe. Location is great.you get more than what you pay for.breakfast is very good. Stuff is amazing and responding fast for any request. Sapir from front desk is very kind and helpful,she ensured my stay will be good and upgraded any request I had. I personally didnt like the freshener in hallways.it wasn’t bad,just not the smell I like.

Good value. Hotel is a little bit old but they keep it CLEAN. I hate dirty rooms so I appreciated it. They say "You get what you pay for" - well, I got a BIT more than what I paid for. It is quite rare that you get a 'lot more than what you pay for" so I was VERY happy. Staff VERY friendly, I felt 'wanted'

The lobby is very clean but they have some sort of perfume that did not agree with my nose. Maybe others like that perfume but I certainly did not. Since the lobby is OTHERWISE very clean, they really did not need that perfume. Dear Management --> everything is great, please DROP the perfume, that's all.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well furnished. Decent size fridge in the room and lots of shelving and space to put things. Nice sized television and couch. Staff was great, especially Carmit, who was so helpful throughout my stay. In a country that has zero concept of decent customer service, Carmit was a refreshing change. The Reception area is nice, modern. The location is really up to you. It’s not on the water. I, however, like the location because it’s right off the main road with tons of shops and restaurants and mostly kosher. Next door is a 24 hour pizza shop, that closes only on shabbos. And It only takes a few minutes to get to The water. Parking, while totally strange in ways only Israeli’s can create, was actually ample.

The balcony is really small. It barely fits a person, and getting a chair out there was a task. Left me wondering where’s the rest of the balcony?

The room was clean and comfortable, we got a quick response from the employees when we had a breakdown. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel. Overall a great value for money for guests that wish to explore the area, beach, hiking , attractions etc.

At breakfast, there was only a single coffee machine with long lines. The pool was closed at 4 pm, an hour before the stated time. The design was a bit dark in my opinion, but that it's a matter of taste.

Extensive breakfast. We stayed during Passover which could have limited the selection but that being said there were many things to choose from. Personnel who worked there were very friendly helpful and professional including Sapir who I believe was head of customer experience. Jan who led the water aerobics was great.

We booked last minute because we had trouble getting across the Jordan border and had to find somewhere to stay unexpectedly. But we arrived to a warm welcome, Ida on the front desk knew we were coming, had rooms sorted and got us checked in quickly. We had a long day and she really took care of us, making sure that we had what we needed for the night and arranging breakfast for us the next day. We were so grateful to Ida for level of service but also the kindness she showed to weary travellers.

Very confortable and quiet room, fresh towels and shower gel in the bathroom. Coffee and water is provided for free in the room. Down the lobby you get fresh cold water for free. The staff is friendly and helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Very close to the central bus station. 10 min walk to the beach and stores. We had a pleasant stay.

The area around the pool could be a bit nicer.

Highly recommend this hotel! Definitely get what you pay for - nice room, pool, amazing location close to the central station, restaurants, and beaches. Breakfast is great as well. Very nice staff who come over to check that everything is going well. They even upgraded us to a room with jacuzzi!
