Already 4 yrs ago I was booked at Isrotel Yam Suf, but due to a serious family incident the very night before my trip started, I had to cancel. And the Hotel was kind enough to grant a full refund regardless the booking was at a non refundable rate. I have not forgotten this kind move, and was happy to finally stay 5 N at Yam Suf. Everyone from the front desk, from kitchen to house keeping, did a fantastic job during challenging times. I booked half-board, and have not regreted it for a single second. Both the breakfast as well as the diner bufet provided an abundance of delicious food choices, sometimes hard to resist. The hotel hosted for several weeks also quite a number of evacuated families, and it was heartbreaking to listen to their stories, but comforting to watch how the hotel did the best they could do to soften the hardship of their situation as best as even possible.

The meals are very good, including a large selection of salads, cheeses and hot dishes. Lots of seating space in the lobby, on the patio and around the pools so even when the hotel is full it doesn't feel crowded. Public areas green with many trees and flowers.

Not enough parking for all the guests. Guided dives at Manta always full in the morning. Either book in advance or dive at another center, as I did.

The parking was too crowdy and when you add that to the fact that most of tourisit sites are 5km away and require driving to unpleasant experience in total when you travel away from hotel. I recommend to have shuttles or free parking nearby.

This is a nice comfortable hotel directly across from the beach where you can snorkel and see schools of fish a few feet from shore. Nice pool and breakfast facilities. Hodoya was particularly helpful in dealing with flight issues. Like getting the discount for snorkel gear and the option to use it for free for two hours. Like the location away from the city center but a short drive if you want to experience the Vegas-like vibe.

Like too many hotels in Israel, prices have gone up astronomically and is overpriced. Splurged for the location and positive past experience. Breakfast is very good but I like it when smoked salmon is also available.

The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was presented beautifully and was fresh and delicious. The chaises around the pool were cushioned and comfortable. The main pool was heated which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Eilat…this is surely a favorite.

Everything was excellent! Great value for money. The reception manager, Itzik, took great care of us and went above and beyond to ensure my father was comfortable. He even upgraded our meals, which was a lovely touch. The entire staff made the experience very pleasant.

Nothing to mention—everything exceeded expectations.

The facility was beautiful! The layout was very impressive and relaxing.

A majority of the dining staff was not friendly and either ignored me or was short on their responses to me. I understand a degree of this since I don’t speak Hebrew but the distinct rude facial expressions were uncalled for. Even with no language understanding a smile would have bridged the gap.

Breakfast was absolutely incredable. The choice of food was beyond what we could imagine but most important the food was fresh, fresh, fresh and the service was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to the great skill of Giorgi the chef who prepared the omlets. He had a terrific memory, was quick, efficient, and the eggs were done to perfection. We also want to thank Dalia of the fresh salad bar who went out of her way to help us. And Shawit who prepared the coffee

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast and dinner (never seen anything like that before). Two big pools with a lot of sun beds and loungers around, palm trees in the garden. I had three very relaxing and beautiful days.

The hotel is located directly at the beach - but the beach itself is pretty ugly (construction everywhere, construction vehicles, really worn down sun loungers, not highly recommended). Never tried any other beach. I decided to stay inside the hotel area which is pretty amazing and beautiful.

Excellent location for all those looking for a quiet location away from the bustling crowds of the northern coast of Eilat, alongside quiet and beautiful beaches. The pool space is spacious and quiet. Beautiful rooms decorated in a contemporary way.

The room was not cleaned after the first night, after opening a ticket at the customer service department, I was informed by the customer service manager the rooms are not necessarily cleaned every day. Sounds very strange to me especially given it's 4 a star hotel. Even after someone was sent to clean the room it was not at an adequate level.
