The hotel itself is wonderful extremely well kept, the rooms superb, the breakfast lacks variety - JUST OK

As we were checking in on Saturday, the reception clerk called me twice to let me know the reception was only open until 4pm, and I was lost. It surprised me that the reception closed as early as 4pm. whereas the information I received read thet reception on a Saturday would be open until 6:30pm. The breakfast staff kept sweeping the floor around our table as we were still eating. Not pleasant. We felt they were pushing us out.

The staff was nice, the kibbutz atmosphere is very fun, the dining room is good for all tastes and the fruit trees all over the place are so nice (and tasty)

The room was a little small to couple with two kids (3 & 2) & the swimming pool was a bit lack of amanties.

Very nice extra curricular activities for kids. Very nice lobby.

Not all room types are the same (obviously), byt the gap is tramendous. I stayed once at the hotel once in a double room, and it was fantastic. This time I needed more beds, ao I got a room that was part of a complex with grond floor rooms, with grass and picnic tables, and even a tiny kitchenet... But the room was like sleeping in a hostle.

Location is great. We hiked from the kibbutz up to the top of Mount Bental, which didn't take long and is very worthwhile for the views of the surrounding area and Lebanon and Syria at the top, as well seeing the disused military bunkers. We enjoyed the food. The breakfast was incredible and well worth paying for. Keeps you going for hours! We ordered takeaway pizza from the bar and that was of a good standard too. Lively atmosphere in the bar. We stayed for one night in a chalet with a double room and a sofa bed in the living area. Our son slept well on the sofa bed and our bedroom was very comfortable. Chalet was clean and furnished to a good standard. There was a "mini kitchen" which we didn't use. We used the indoor swimming pool. Changing facilities needed a bit of TLC but not a big deal. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Questionable whether it was value for money but par for the course in Israel where everything is so expensive.

Not all reception staff could speak English and a lot of information was only in Hebrew, including the activities programme. We managed though.

The place is well organized for families with children from all ages. Location is fantastic, food options

The small suit was great, most just near completely new. For the second night we took a studio room which was very basic. There was of course a price difference between the two options but the price of the studio should have been much less.

My family and I had such an incredible experience I do not even know where to begin! From the wonderful front desk staff (Achaab) to the dining and restaurant staff - Moria especially, We felt right at home! Ilan took us on a jeep tour and we learned the history of the area and William and Hadas at the stables were so great with the kids. We will definitely be back again!

we were a family of 10 traveling from USA we loved everything about the property. There was a unique charm about the property that was relaxing. we were able to tour around the area with our travel guide and use the activities of and around the property. we would definitely stay again.

Prime location in one of the most beautiful spots in Israel , as a local Israeli this is my first time in this property and defiantly not the last. Habokrim restaurant served amazing steak and Asado, so delicious! and great service and atmosphere. We stayed at the Studio room which I think was the entry level room and it suited all our needs, hot running water, specious living area and comfy bed. The vies around the property are spectacular and we just generally had a great time. We travelled in the cold season so didn't get to enjoy the pool but we will definitely come back for a summer visit.

The chalet was very nice and spacious, and relatively clean

We arrived late and there weren't too many options for dinner, just the adjacent restaurant which is VERY expensive

The location is gorgeous and the vibe is perfect for a chill weekend with friends or family. The resort is like a small village and has everything you might need. The restaurant Habokrim is super good.

Rooms will benefit from renovation, looks old fashioned and the mattress is too soft. Doesn't feel like a resort, more like a b&b village. The location of the sink in the room is kinda strange because there are 2 sinks in one bedroom, one in the mini kitchen and one as a part of the bathroom.
