Perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Truly clean, nice and comfortable room (beds, sheets and all). Spaceous and sparcling clean bathroom.

Lack of light. The window was towards another nearby building, I could hardly see the sky and it was quiet dark. Moreover, I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time in the evening (if not, anyone could look into my room). I had a slightly lower price on the room, it is possible that that was the reason. And that this applies to the rooms on level 1 (it's just my guess). That's a pitty, because I would have prefered to pay more and see the wonderful sky and light of this city. So, pay atention when you book to ask for a room that is not dark.

Although we didn’t lay for breakfast we were greeted with fresh fruit, sweets and nuts each morning. A cafe on level 2 where you can help yourself to fold water, tea/coffee and biscuits 24/7. Fantastic staff and 2 minute walk to the beach. Seriously, what else do you want from a premium hotel highly recommended. Oh, a a short walk to the markets and shops!! And management allowed us early check in and luggage storage.

Nice hotel close to the beach in northern central Tel Aviv. The room was nice with comfortable beds and bathroom. It's just about 3 min walking distance to the beach and you can borrow some extra towels and a bag for the beach for free. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by. For breakfast they provide good coffee, cake and some fruit. We easily walked from there to all places we wanted to visit in Tel Aviv. Even to Jaffa it's about 40 min walking along the beach.

Since there was a construction site on the opposite side of the street, it was a little noisy. But thats not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, just a block off the beach and near some cute restaurants and an excellent falafel place (Gabay Falafel). The staff were helpful and very kind. There was also a daily espresso bar and pastries in the morning and a kitchenette that served coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Nice little touches made our stay lovely.

Our room was on the first floor facing the road (with a little glimpse of the sea). The windows were in no way soundproof and sirens, early morning construction and late night revelries meant sleeping in peace tricky. I’m a light sleeper though.

Very nice, helpful staff. The room was ok, considering prices in Tel Aviv, this is good value apparently. They have a shower room available if you need it after you check-out - this was great for us as we had an excursion on our last day in Tel Aviv and we had a 14 hours flight back to LA- the shower was more than welcome! They offer tea/coffee, cold water and snacks and have a café/breakfast room with table which I found practical to have a zoom meeting :-)

The lighting is very bright, there are no bedside lamps - this change alone would greatly improve the room. There was carpet in the room and in the corridor, it was not super clean and the carpet was rather dirty in the common areas. Carpet should be a no-no! The desk and bedside table had glass tops, it was quite dirty between the glass and the furniture tops. I may sound picky with the last comment, but honestly cleanliness should be #1 priority of all hotels.

Great location, walking distance to a huge number of attractions. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The room was large and we even got bumped up. Overall very nice stay and a satisfying weekend for a decent price. Would return :)

Some noise from the street - nothing too crazy. Parking is a bit hard but there are some lots nearby. Pro tip: If you have a "Mafteah Discount", use the Opera house parking lot - as of now, it's free.

Location is steps from the beach and walking distance to the wonderful Carmel market. Staff is excellent, especially helpful with suggestions when asked. I would have liked even more info such as how to use and pay for the beach lounge chairs when they knew I was going to the beach for the first time. Breakfast was very good, and located in 2 places, with lots of fruit and pastry plus the addition of dates, dried fruits and halavah. The room set up included fruit, dried fruits and water.

Understandably there was no choice with the room location that made the room feel like a box because of the wall out the window. Somewhat noisy outside in the early morning.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and has beach towels available for the guests. Room is a decent size and it was very clean. They say there is no breakfast, but they do have hot drinks, cakes and pastries as well as some fruits and nuts available every morning , which was lovely. The staff was very nice and helpful. We especially appreciated the possibility to store luggage after check out and also to be able to have a shower on our last day after checking out after spending the day on the beach.

The view of our room was basically non existent, it was into sort of a courtyard with another hotel straight across. It’s close to the road and it gets quite noisy, but we did pack earplugs so it was ok.

well located just off Hayarkon street so a short walk to the beach. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. the rooms were clean and comfortable and reasonably sized. There was a free breakfast with drinks, fresh fruit and a cake, which is more than enough to set you up for the day - unusually it was included in the price, which virtually no other hotels do. it was nicely decorated and all in all a perfect boutique hotel to serve as a base for exploring the many things Tel Aviv has to offer

For the money it was excellent value and has no major downsides

The location was excellent and the staff was great. They went above and beyond, especially their assistance during a 2:00 AM room transfer due to a faulty AC condition in the previous room.

The construction work across the street from the hotel which was not mentioned on the hotel's web site or Booking.com's site and the late night noise outside the room. I also didn't appreciate removing breakfast immediately after the deadline for late starters in the morning.
