The location is perfect, and it’s a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff were great, especially the lovely girl at the front desk (Eva? I wish I could remember her name!). I enjoyed having the coffee shop right in the lobby.
It took about 15 minutes for the shower to warm up and it still never got fully hot. And there’s no full length mirror and no outlet in the bathroom. It makes it very difficult to get ready! I’m returning to Israel soon and I’d stay here again, but I don’t think I will because of the shower and mirror/bathroom situation.

Clean, thoughtfully decorated. Excellent shower with great water temperature and pressure. Nice staff, multi-part breakfast. Lots of space to read/work in the lobby area and outside cafe area. Complimentary two bottles of water, plenty of tea + coffee if you're staying just one night. It was easy to figure out how to use the card for various things, AC was responsive. The description for mine was a "twin bed" but it was definitely a somewhat larger size than that and could have possibly accommodated two small adults if need be, and was roomy for one.
According to the room description, I was promised a little seating area (which may have just been a red chair; I'm not sure from the pictures), but there was no such thing in the room. This was a bit upsetting because I wanted to hold a private Zoom meeting and wanted a more professional viewing angle for the background than onto my bed.

Friendly people, we came back later in day after we checked out and were served water and we could cool off after walking all morning. Clean sheets, bathroom soaps were great smelling, nice touch with water and chocolate. Loves the view and art in the room.
We loved the location but were disappointed that no information was given that ALL of Alenbi was closed and very difficult to find parking and the garage had no elevator to take us up to ground floor. Also the tiles in the bathroom closer to the shower head need to be sprayed with tile cleaner, they were yellow and black

Good value for money! Very nice and comfortable room, excellent central location and a super friendly stuff. We got the room much earlier as the check in time (it depends on the availability of course) and were offered to stay a bit longer. They serve also an amazing coffee with some delicious variety of Croissants etc. downstairs. A perfect way to start your day :) will definitely come back.
The construction outside will still probably take years, but it’s all over Tel Aviv like this. The rooms are well sealed so we weren’t bothered with it.

First: Transport. The Hotel is in an area where there are several bus stops, which makes it possible to come from the train station directly to the Hotel and from the Hotel to different areas of the city in an easy and fast way (the bus network is great but a challenge to use, at least for those of us who don't read Hebrew). Second: location. It's roughly in the middle of Tel-Aviv, on one of the most well-known streets, being within easy walking distance of the main places to visit (although visiting the museums next to the university is better with the help of the Bus). Third: the staff. The employees were all very friendly and available to help us with whatever we needed. Room: the rooms. Spacious, well decorated and with a large and very stylish bathroom (with shelves where to put all the things associated with the bathroom). We didn't want to pay the extra for breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning) but what we saw looked really good. If you don't need a full breakfast, there are numerous bakeries throughout the city (and one of them is right in front of the Hotel). An experience to repeat on a possible return to Tel-Aviv :-)
For us the only negative point was the noise from the street. The first room we stayed in was facing the main street, and the traffic noise continued almost all night (and if there's one thing that Israelis like to use very often, it's the car horn). The second room, as it faced a side street, allowed for a more restful night (we didn't change rooms because of the noise, we simply stayed a few nights in Tel-Aviv, then went to Jerusalem for a few days, and then came back). Rooms facing the street need to be better soundproofed.

the bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower great, spacious, and space on the counter. it's clean. I liked the location, close to the light rail. stuff were friendly and responsive
I spent 2 weeks, and in the first few days I had some technical issues, stained sheets and air condition didn't work. they did respond to the issues, cleaned the filters which solved the problem.

Requested accessible room (traveling with wheelchair). Hotel provided us with a roll-in shower and grab bars in the shower and around toilet. Our plan included breakfast. Most people at the cafe were either Israeli or European. Staff spoke English as well as other languages. Any request was greeted with a smile and accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is the CENTER of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to pedestrian malls and the beach (if you are able take a brisk walk). Taxis are easy to find with the GETT app. Bottom line: Highly recommend.
PARKING is very limited. Locals know this so people coming to the hotel to see us used public transportation.

- perfectly located in Allenby Street, near Shuk HaCarmel as well as close to the beaches. Lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. - never met such nice, helpful and understanding staff in my life! Doron was so lovely and flexible to adjust our booking over and over again during state of war. - the room and all utilities were very clean and comfortable - the café located on 1st floor serves delicious breakfast, snacks and drinks - it‘s absolutely good value for money
nothing to improve

The hotel is quite central as the promenade is only 15 minutes by walk away. Good choice for breakfast for the money paid. Super friendly staff who also managed to have our room ready at 10:00 am since our flight was during the night and check-in is at 2 pm.
The room is quite small, and can be quite uncomfortable with 2 big luggages. But we were aware of the room size. The hotel is situated on a busy road and sometimes it was hard to sleep at night.
