Nice clean rooms, huge bathroom and spa bath. Lots of space in the rooms and close to some awesome restaurants. Parking was easy and breakfast was cheap, though not my type.

Mattress needs replacing, was sagging to one side. Not great sleep the weekend. Nice stove in the kitchen, but no plates, knives and forks. Kids had to eat cereal from coffee cups. Could be a bit better stocked. Breakfast was lean. Would have liked a bowl with bacon and scrambled egg to be available too.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always happy with our room. Rooms have always been comfortable and have everything we need. Love how it's close to the Glen and plenty of places to go and eat.

As said before, more attention to cleaning would be preferred. Dusty and the bathroom floor looked like it could have been better cleaned. Pillows were too hard. We've stayed in other rooms, and there was a soft and firm pillow, which was great. Would have been nice to have that in this room. Just all constructive criticism. Will be coming back to stay again.

The room size was very good. The provision of a proper office chair was really good. Location was excellent. Free parking was excellent. Price was excellent. The room was in very good condition, everything was clean. The shower is over the bath, but it had good water pressure and temperature.

Personal choice would be a walk in shower, but we were aware of the shower over the bath on booking.

Check in and check out was very easy, quick and efficient. Our room, although overlooking an extremely busy main road, had sound-proof windows, so was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked well. Ample parking onsite. Adequate Continental breakfast. Location was excellent - very easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rates were good.

Carpets, furniture and fittings were dated, quite old and worn - could be spruced up a little.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom and great shower. Good television. Great free breakfast, close to the glen shopping centre for dinners and lunch. Great location. Parking was good, even with a trailer.

Too much traffic noise. Some biscuits would have been nice in the room. A bit more bedding than the provised blanket would be good. I probably won't stay again.

I stay there a bit and the staff are always great, rooms always well presented, loads of parking and handy for the Glen shopping Centre for meals etc.

Sometimes the air-con can take a bit of deciphering as they all seem to be different. There can be late night noise from other rooms, but that is really a common courtesy thing and not a lot the venue can do about it.

The hotel is conveniently & the room was pretty comfortable. I arrived fairly early and the receptionist was able ot check me in without any delay. The hotel is close to the Glen Waverly centre with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.

The Elevator in this hotel is ridiculous. You need to go up several stairs to get into it on the ground floor and then you neeed to step down several steps to get to the walkway level on the top floor. (Who thought this was a good idea? Remember to shut the bathroom door at bedtime the balcony / walkway lights shine into the bathroom and this floods the bedroom with more light than I would sleep through. It does mean that you can use the bathroom at night without turning a light on - which is a good point!

As the restaurant was not available,(has been closed for some time),it was only a short 6 minute walk to many beautiful restaurants, and just near the train station for getting around. The hotel had a breakfast room with a very good continental breakfast daily for $15 per person. Free parking.

Please add a toaster and a microwave to the rooms. Those are basic facilities that guests need . Parking could be tight at times

Because I was arriving after hours, I was sent very clear & concise details of where my key would be & even a photo of the location. I thought that was excellent service. The onsite parking was great. Lots of room & not at all poky.

Really there was nothing. The room was clean & tidy & had everything that I wanted & was expecting.
