Very well refurbished, clean, helpful staff, quiet street which is very important to us, yet steps from amenities and public transport.

Small room which is to be expected in this location, got stuffy overnight with two in room, turned down thermostat and opened window, ok after that

This property scores a 11/10 for us, it was newly appointed which felt wonderful, the bed was large and extremely comfortable , although we didn’t have a view , this was not important due to the proximity to everything, restaurants immediately out our door and cafes on every corner, the bustle of Paris @ our doorstep but positioned in a quite street around the corner from the Arc De Triomphe….Truely wonderful, we walked everywhere and could have kept discovering for another week without finding a fraction of Paris’s secrets. But above all The staff made our entire stay a time not to forget, We thank Menware and Amir, sorry if the spelling is incorrect, for making it so special in every way, the attention to detail went above our expectations, from guiding us to sites and locations around Paris and taking care of every whim, a high standard was truely set in Gold. The Star Champs-Elysées was a delightful first stop on our European Christmas market adventure! Its central location was perfect for exploring Paris, and we really appreciated the staff accommodating our early check-in after a long journey. This allowed us to freshen up and head straight out to soak in the city's festive atmosphere. While we only stayed one night, the hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. We didn't have time to try the breakfast buffet, but the ornate fireside lounge looked like a lovely spot to relax. Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Paris, especially during the busy holiday season.

Clean room, although on the small side for a 4-star hotel with an intelligent layout of the bathroom, which is semi-included in the bedroom. The safe in the room is large enough to accommodate a 17" laptop. Comfy bed. Located in a very quiet one-way street close to the Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaule metro station. Efficient staff with a reception desk staffed at all times.

The breakfast area is open on the reception and the exit, which means a lot of cold wind every time someone enters or leaves the hotel.

The location was excellent and the staff were outstanding - polite, very friendly and helpful. My room was small but looked new, clean and modern.

Lack of fridge to chill water, fresh milk, juice or purchased snacks (tea, coffee machine, and single-serve long life milk pods were provided). There were no drawers at all, little room to open a single suitcase (no rack/stand provided), and really only one shelf for non-hanging storage - not enough in a room that is meant for two people. The business mentions the environmental impact of washing towels but provides not one hook anywhere in the bathroom or main room on which to hang a single wet bath towel, let alone one per guest. The only option was a very high rack directly over the toilet bowl :(

The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to the metro/rer station, arc de triomphe, and champs-élysées. The hotel was newly renovated, and both the rooms and the lobby were really clean. The hotel staff were (all but one) very helpful and super friendly, so we had amazing service throughout the stay. The pool was very relaxing and fancy, and the breakfast had a good quality. We’ll definitely come back ASAP!

One evening there was a guy at the reception who was quite unhelpful and rude. Compared to the other receptionists at the hotel, his behavior really struck out.

Super Location, clean accommodation and the staff is really friendly and helpful. AC is very strong to the limit that you can’t use it because it turns the room to freezer in seconds.

Extremely small room and bed and I mean the word Extremely. Me and my wife were sharing 140 cm bed in almost 6 m2 room!!! Toilet is extremely small and very hard to get in and out!! They told us 2 bottles of water for free daily, then they asked us yo pay 🙂 They add laundry fees while we’ve never used it!!! Every night before you go upstairs to your room go activate your cards to be able to access your room, I don’t know why we need to do that on daily basis. Breakfast is not recommended and expensive, poor breakfast with 5 items only.

Great location and only a 5 minute walk to the Champs-Elysée. Very easy to come and go to. Staff were very polite and helpful and even facilitated an early check-in for us. Our room was clean and the maid service was done daily.

The room for a double did feel very small and cramped with very little wardrobe storage. We had to leave our clothes in suitcases and then had to open them on the bed daily as the room was too small to move around in.

The location is obviously perfect as you are 3 minutes away fromthe Etoile roundabout and its metro station. The Champs Elysees avenue is also very close. The room I had was bigger than the average Parisian hotel room which was great for me.

I was given a room on the ground floor with views on the courtyard. Not ideal for privacy. I kept my blinds closed at all times. The breakfast is expensive for nothing special.

The location of the hotel is ideal, easy access to the metro and lots of local restaurants, shops etc. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The whole place was very compact but immaculate, with great attention to detail in the styling and provision of bathrobes, slippers, toiletries etc. And an excellent breakfast too!

Nothing to dislike, although a few more hooks for towels etc would be helpful!
