We booked this hotel after checking out of another 4 star hotel as that one was so poor. The hotel was easy to book, really helpful reception staff, the breakfast was lovely and the rooms had everything you really need. The rooms were cleaned everyday and housekeeping staff were really friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and there was even a large TV to watch the football and a bar. We never used the swimming pool however it did look lovely and clean. The hotel is in a great central location within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It was also situated next to the bus station and 5 minutes walk to the train. Its also really easy to get a taxi from the hotel if you would rather not walk and its only a 10 minute drive to the airport. This hotel is definitely worth a 4 Star, we would use it again and highly recommend it:)

Everything was great, if I was being really really picky then I would say its worth adding a kettle in the room and some coat hangers.

Breakfast was wide range of intercontinental, hotel was very well kept and in PERFECT location for train and coach station being next door Ibis hotel is probably one of the most reliable hotels worldwide for consistency and stayed with them in other countries aswell

Unfortunately the noise levels from the traffic and road safety outside the hotel which was outside of hotels control and jurisdiction, but no faults with the actual hotel itself and just it's surroundings outside of its control

My likes about the hotel were definitely the welcome from the Reception Staff and their willingness to assist.

The very unhelpful staff at breakfast, I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, different months of the year, and at breakfast, the staff are unhelpful, miserable, and damp, right rude. Politly requested a fried eggs (showed a picture from my phone) rather than the scrabbled which is served in a bowl, I was told(in no uncertain terms) NO CANNOT HAVE IT, to have the scrambled egg or nothing else. The woman was so arrogant with her face iand tone of voice with anger, maybe she didn't like an english speaking Indian gentleman. She normally stands in the corner of the worktop making square like pastries. With her being there I never felt comfortable having my paid breakfast.

Ibis has recently been refurbished downstairs in the bar area… absolutely love this hotel and they’re making great improvements. Perfect location for visiting and travelling around Marrakesh… next to bus and rail links. Short taxi ride into the medina..great swimming pool which def a bonus in hot weather!!

Rooms and hallways still a little worn and needs some updating but clean and very comfortable beds!! Can see money is being invested and always great value for money.

Fantastic experience!! I have stayed at many any other Ibis properties in Morocco and this is the top notch, best experience!! Ibriham is a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐!! He should be a voice in all of your properties, he and his staff helped me in a time most needed and unexpected!! Hafado Allah!! I have been in Morocco for a very long time and I will always return inshallah because of people like Ibriham, my brother!!

My room was okay, the bed comfortable and the toilet is good. The location is the best, just near train station and the main road, not too noisy. There are restaurants and exchange office nearby.

They need a new elevator for the safety of guests, I was taking the stairs every time. The TV doesn't work as smart tv.

The location is good, it is close to the train station and other services. Friendly and cooperative personal.

It was a very short stay, so I am not well-positioned to give an entirely objective review. Overall, it was good, but I have had better experiences at other hotels in the same chain.

Ok room, nice staff and pool. Perfect location if you want to use Marrakech as a starting point for exploring the rest of Morocco by train or bus. Good breakfast.

The hotel is being renovated and we got a room which hadn't been renovated yet. Bad luck on our part!

New refurbishment downstairs were a bonus, really freshened the hotel, hotel.breakfast sufficient and a fair assortment. Rooms good, bed comfortable, sometimes a little noisy at night in street facing rooms

Nothing really to complain about, reasonable price in good area
