The staff was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located about 10 miles from I-40 which we were traveling on but the connection using the 540 loop ( which was close to the Hampton Inn made it relatively easy to back on I-40.

The pet fee was a little high, IMO. $75 which is high for one night, but I believe that is good for up to 4 nights. So, if you are staying longer, it would be more cost effective. Also, there is no longer a discount on the pet fee for Hilton Honors members. I wish hotels would publish the pet fees on Booking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

sliding bathroom door :(I recently stayed at a hotel with a sliding bathroom door, and I found it quite inconvenient. The lack of privacy and the potential for noise made me uncomfortable. I hope the hotel considers installing proper doors for the bathrooms in the future to ensure guests' comfort and privacy.

This property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The check-in process was quick and easy and I enjoyed the welcome bag they gave to us. The beds were comfortable and we all got a great night of sleep. Breakfast was good and well-stocked in spite of being a very busy weekend. All the staff we encountered were super friendly. We would stay again!

Our only inconvenience we faced was one of the elevators being down. Again, it was a busy weekend so we had to wait awhile. We had huge luggage pieces since we were in town for dance so the stairs weren’t really a great option. Everything else was great, though!!

Everything was great. This was a large hotel. It took a little getting used to moving around and finding the right elevator, etc, to use, but it was nice. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice. When the TV wasn't working, after a little time, we moved across the hall to a working TV and better air conditioner.

My only complaint was it was expensive to not have a working TV and air conditioner. Nevertheless, through a little effort, we got a better room across the hall.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, I appreciated that the oatmeal was served hot instead of in a package and overall the food was warm and fresh. The business center was handy as I needed to print some documents for my work trip, as well as shredder for misprints. I love it when hotel rooms have an in room sofa! It's nice to have a comfy sitting option that isn't just your bed. You probably could fit 3 adults on it comfortably, and it was very soft. This is the first hotel I've ever been to that offered in room coffee makers in a k-cup style. I did not use it, but it felt pretty deluxe. Same with the TGI Fridays complementary room service - my clients took me out for dinner each night, so I was not able to take advantage of this amenity, but it felt nice to have as an option. Also, I liked that I was given four of each towel/cloth type instead of two, so I didn't have to request more from the front desk (I generally prefer not to get room service during my hotel stays).

I wish the breakfast meats had been labeled since I have dietary restrictions. The room lighting was pretty good, but I found myself wanting a ceiling light, a torchier, or something else that lights up the whole room more effectively. The front pickup and dropoff area could get a little crammed at times with both pedestrians and vehicles, making it a bit difficult to drive through, particularly in the mornings. I consider these all suggestions for improvement, as they were all incredibly minor and not detrimental to my overall experience.

Hugo was exceptional. When I got into my room, I immediately received a message asking if everything was good. My AC had a smell and when I mentioned it, he moved me rooms with no questions. My stay was very relaxing.

The carpets in the halls and especially the elevators are molded from people walking after they’ve gotten out of the pool(I assume). They definitely are past their useful life.

Staff super helpful My name on the TV welcoming us to our room Forgot shaving cream, front desk had a complimentary bottle Breakfast, biscuits and gravy of course and the egg omelets were amazing! Staff received my request of 2 extra pillows when I booked and they were waiting on the beds for us!

I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids. It had a 3.5 foot to 5.5 foot pool which my 5 year old enjoyed, as well as a bonus 1 foot wadding pool for my 3 year old. Plenty of places to relax in that area and watch the kids play safely with my 12 year old niece. Also loved that the breakfast was open until 10. My daughter had 2 late nights and I didn't have to worry about getting up early to make it to breakfast.

I loved how friendly the staff was and how attentive they were to our every need. The breakfast was really good, although, the 1st day the potatoes were cold from the container and no smoothies. The pool was well-maintained and we had a great time. Also, the location was close to family we came to visit and within walking distance of fine dining for dinner.

I reviewed your website before coming and it shows you serve smoothies but when we got there, we were told they do not do that anymore. And my room was clean, but smaller than expected. Again, I saw on the website it had a larger tub and it was a reason I selected this hotel, but the one in the room was really small and nothing like the pic from the website. I had 2 choices from booking.com and your website with the larger Tubs and smoothies were why I chose the Hampton. I did enjoy my stay and would use it again, but you might want to update your website.

It lived up to the pictures. It was very clean and there were a lot of seating areas placed around the outside. It was quiet and an overall enjoyable stay. There were restaurants and a Starbucks in walking distance and it was very conveniently located.
