It was clean and the staff was great

Their was no microwave in the room you had to pay 16 dollars to eat breakfast and the location was a lil father out than expected it's back up in the cut

We were very tired after a long hot day at Disney and could still enjoy the fireworks from our nice cool room.

My son loved the playground area

The was hidden fees. Breakfast is not free it’s $17 per person per day plus a $50 fee at check in.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is very close to Disney World.

I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 8). We paid extra for the breakfast for the room. The resort did not get our meal confirmation on their end and was asked to show proof that we booked the room with the meal. I had to look for the email confirmation with the meal for it. It took a little while for me to find it but I did. The meal voucher they gave was 3 people and said my 4 year old eats for free. We stay 4 nights and 2 of the day we went for breakfast we had no issue. But the other 2 days, the staff said that I needed to have the front desk change the voucher to 4 people. That was the only issue I had with the resort.

Good location. Starbucks was a plus.

They didn’t clean the room as much as they could have. Also the hot water went out and we couldn’t take a shower unless you wanted to do a cold one.

Location short drive to all things disney. We visited disney springs, animal kingdom, magic kingdom, and fort wilderness. Walmart across the highway less than 5 min had so much disney gifts it was nice too. The room was OK beds comfy. Kids loved play area. I would skip the breakfast.

Breakfast was not worth the fee charged go down the road to eat.

Room was clean and the bathroom was fully renovated. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very friendly. Great location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to any of the Disney parks. And there're 24h fast food chains close to the hotel if you still need to eat when getting to the hotel at night.

We didn't use the shuttle service to the parks because they would have arrived too late.

Starbucks. Places to walk for food. Staff was nice. Clean.

Did not like that I had to pay to check in 2 hours early. Most places don’t charge you especially if the room is ready. Room with a view was not what I expected it was a far distance to see fireworks. It was the parking lot. I thought it would be a garden or something pretty.

Overall is was a good stay. There was an hour delay due to an issue the night before but we were compensated with breakfast vouchers without even asking so we appreciated that. All staff at the desks, house keeping, and the ladies who worked the breakfast area were super friendly and nice. The Starbucks, Pizza Hut, gift shop, and play area in the hotel was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the textiles were clean. Location was great because it was quick drives to all Disney parks.

Being that it is a conference center there were large groups Checking in and out a few times during my stay, along with private events that we accidentally stumbled into one morning while tying to find the breakfast area. Also, The hotel offers shuttles to a few parks but not all, and they only run one time in the morning and one time at night so we just drove ourselves to the parks.

the staff was great. the Starbucks in the lobby is a 10/10, the convenience of the location. didn't have to travel far at all. loved that!

sharing microwaves is a little crazy. Food allergies need to be considered in this manner or have multiple microwaves for each level. the elevators were loud, and the location of my room was very unpleasant.. kids running the hallways at 1 am playing with the elevators, couldn't get no sleep. but I did stress my concern, and the staff was able to take care of my problem with no issue.. So if you stay here, you will love it. Just don't get a room near the elevators, lol.
