Quiet, clean, and breakfast included!

Shower was slow to drain, one towel was dirty, and trash left in the bathroom.

Not on the strip.

The breakfast was delicious. Ample seating throughout the area. The room came with both a microwave and a refrigerator (this was important). The hotel was always clean. Perfect location, everything was nearby: restaurants, the Strip, shopping, grocery store. Silverton Casino was a walkable distance to and from the hotel. Free parking a big plus!

Checkout was 12 noon. I asked to extend my checkout by 1 hour. I was unaware there was a fee for late checkout. This fee was not stated when I made the booking. I was caught off-guard even more so with $50 extra cost.

OMG, all the staff was friendly, supportive and just made us feel welcome. Even the worker at the breakfast bar. There were restaurants within walking distance, Targets, Ross banks within a 3 minute drive. And the pool area, AAA+! Plus the pool are was available until 10:00 pm. My nephew and his family stayed at Circus Circus and the pool closed at 5:00. His kids didn't even have time to use the pool after the long day at the wedding and reception. This will be my go to location each time I visit my NV family!

It’s very calm and peaceful didn’t have to deal with it being overly crowded just what I liked. Pool was amazing it was never busy heading towards the evening. Loved the lobby where you can sit down for a drink with family and talk. The employees provided too class Customer service almost felt like 5 star hotel. Would stay here again in the future.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the there was no shade for cars but other than that nothing else.

We stayed in 'King Room with Sofa Bed' and we liked our room very much. Facilities in general were great and in excellent condition. The supply of toiletries was generous. There were lots of free spots in the parking lot and it is not true what is written on booking.com that reservation is needed for parking spot. Breakfast was excellent (except for coffee). It is easy to reach the hotel by car. We didn't notice the 'tipping' culture which is overly present nowadays, unfortunately. We were given a folio at check out, which is also rare nowadays, especially when making reservations via booking.com.

Coffee. I don't like the fact that hotels are charging guest's credit card for security deposit, especially when it is not written in terms. The communication via booking.com chat is poor, in fact there is none. Tap water is not recommended for drinking. Only two water fountains are available for all of the hotel guests. No complementary water in rooms.

Really loved the buffet breakfast. Lot of options. Good quality. And importantly, they did not use single use plates and utensils. The facilitiles are modern and seem quite new. Hotel is super clean, airy and spacious. Parking is abundant. Not too far from the center of Las Vegas either, and it was easy to drive in to the Strip area and park in a parking lot using SpotHero. Spacious bathroom with amenities. Microwave and fridge are useful for a quick meal and / or reheating. Sofa / couch provide additional space to relax.

Nothing really, we loved what this hotel had to offer.

I didn't like that I had to leave notes to housekeeping regarding cups, toilet paper and having to fill the soaps. I thought that they would always check these items. Hopefully when I stay there this year it will be better. Thanks

The location was nice and made it easy for us to drive to Pahrump, NV, which was the main purpose of our trip. The fruit at breakfast was nice and fresh!

The breakfast was ok. I typically have a Belgian waffle at any hotel with a similar breakfast setup, which I did on this trip. I found your pre-prepared waffles to be very disappointing, as well as the syrup. Having a waffle iron would be a big step in improving the waffles. I also wish you had real maple syrup, but I am realistic that is not an option. However, I have ben in many lower quality hotels that had much better waffle/syrup. A few days after leaving this hotel, we were at a lower tier hotel chain in Barstow, CA and their Belgian waffle and syrup were much better than yours. If they can do it, I hope you can too.
