The hotel staff was excellent especially Darius handling any request quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was great nice selection of hot food, cold cereal and juice. Location was excellent right off the highway and easy to navigate. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by. The rooms were quite large with plenty of space and the property was pet friendly

If I have to think of negative and this is picking. the parking wasn't great especially later in the day and beds weren't the most comfortable

The location was very clean, and the breakfast was great. I loved the room very spacious. Love the huge restroom and extra sink in the room. Beds and pillows were comfy, and I love my stay. Loved the coffee, too, in the lobby.

Restroom floor slippery with my slides or sandals, but I laid a towel down, so it was easy to fix. He needs an upgrade on the swimming pool, tho

The room was big and spacious

To many bugs at the back entrance made it difficult to go out the back and had to park in front. However, it was also bugs but not like the back door where they were jumping and landing on our luggage

the breakfast was great and the workers were very pleasant , pool was nice and plenty of parking .

need another table by the pool , also a trash can inside pool area perhaps secured to the fence , people were leaving thier trash in the pool area , trash can was located outside of the pool and not visible . I don't blame this on the employees , I blame the slobs that are too lazy to make an effort to clean up after them selves .

The staff in all disciplines were so professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. The property was so clean and fresh without any perfume smells. Breakfast was fresh with adequate choices for a good start to our day. We were there three nights and certainly appreciated the comfort of the hotel after a busy day. The parking was easy for large trucks like ours. That is a big plus for us.

At least three of the luggage carts had flat tires making them hard to navigate.

Location was ok, definitely need a car to get around comfortably. Free coffee machine 24/7 in the lobby was much appreciated.

Shampoo and conditioner bottles are very small, had to request more. TV in living room had some graphic problems.

Overall, it was very nice.

The shower head. TERRIBLE. It was way too low, even for a handicap room. There was NO water pressure and the showerhead has a crack at the base so water was sprayed everywhere.

It was comfortable and the room was large.

During my one week stay, the hallway leading to the elevators had a brown paper lining/runner that was never cleaned or changed out. I’m not sure why the line was laid down as there were no signage explaining. it felt like I was in a construction zone, but again there was no signage explaining the reason. My door had a missing or damaged lock and damaged door stop. The shower was dirty.

it was very clean. There was a couple stain the the shower most likely from age but other than that everything was clean. Didn’t use the microwave or the mini fridge but glad it was there. Coffee, fitness center, and laundry room 24/7 was great.

The breakfast was a bit rough we only cared for the oatmeal and then the hot water machine broke the next day so we weren’t able to really get oatmeal the next day. Wish they had more stock on some items.
