We had a suite, and the room was spacious, with a living, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There was a lot of closet space. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to assist us with all of our needs. The breakfast was good, with a few different options, and was continuously refreshed by the staff.

The kitchen and some furnishings appeared to have been renovated and updated, however some areas of the suite, like the bathroom could use more updating..

Very clean and a pretty nice breakfast.

I was able to check in but there was a little issue with me being a local. They didn't want me to stay there becasue I was from the area. It was quickly worked out and in their defense Rutland, Vermont has more riff raff than most big cities. This is literally the only hotel in Rutland that doesn't book roomes to homeless people. If you're on the fence between this hotel and another one in the area you would be wise to choose Best Western for your own safety.

Staff was so helpful and accommodating. James was so nice and helped us with our luggage. He and the staff were were wonderful in getting us a ground floor room to accommodate my post surgery trip.

My only concern was not with the staff or accommodations, but rather with the upstairs guests who seemed to make really loud noises like they were dropping heavy objects upstairs.

Staff went above and beyond for a last-minute accommodation we needed. Breakfast stocked and available parking next to the building was helpful if you were at a further-away unit. Great property to walk a dog on numerous times a day.

The heating/air conditioning units in all the rooms we've been in over the years are all old and could do with replacing. The general vibe of the place is a little older and lived in, but it is comfortable, clean convenient, and staff are great enough to keep us coming back every year.

The front desk staff was exceptional. We had to cancel and then re-book and Steve went out of his way to make sure we were charged the original lowest rate quoted. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and other services. The suite we had was spacious with a beautiful balcony and complete kitchen. Highest recommendation and will come again.

A bit more variety on the breakfast, such as cooked instead of instant oatmeal.

Loved the room! It was big, quiet, Parking right in front of building. Jason and Tammy are awesome and they were super nice! Breakfast bar stocked constantly by them is excellent and the change ups the main features items every day! Super clean too!

Only negatives I have is pulling out onto RT 4 taking a left is tricky so be careful and be patient and you will be fine.

I really liked the communication between my self and the BW before arriving. I had questions about bringing a pet, local restaurants, and breakfast and they were very prompt answering. Check in was great. There were two ladies and they were both very friendly and made me feel welcome. The property is very well kept and is really nice. The area where you eat breakfast is very nice as well

I didn't like the beds. They were advertised as queens and they were a lot smaller then a queen. The room felt small because there isn't a hallway as you walk in like many other hotels. You walk in the door and there was our first bed. Also, it seemed like we couldn't control our room heat. I prefer to sleep at cooler temps but couldn't seem to get the room below 71 degrees. I went t o the local Walmart and bought a fan for this purpose.

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, and had so many options. The room was very clean, and very comfortable. location was convenient, had free parking close to the room

There were no essential things in the kitchen like a bit of salt, oil for cooking or a cleaning sponge for the dishes. other than that it was amazing

I got an upgrade to a suite, with a spacious living room, dining hall and a full kitchen. It would be nice to sit on the balcony if it's warmer. The staff recommended an awesome spot to take pictures.

The toilet was clogged on first use...took an hour to unclog it...but their staff is excellent and keeps updating me of the progress.

Great little condos and so easy to get to Killington for the day from here. Very quiet, and larger than my first one bedroom apartment! Always enjoy a stay here, but let's face it, there are only maybe 3 places to stay in the Rutland area any longer. This place does not house homeless for the state, which is a reason we keep coming back. Too scary and downright filthy at many other places in Rutland with frequent police visits and drug deals in the open. Best Western is my go to place.
