This hotel is close to the airport with shuttle service. Reception was very personable. Great work out room as well as a wonderful large hot tub and pool. The room was lovely and I noticed even the corners were clean which speaks to a great cleaning staff. Bar service and Breakfast were great and Desai made great scrambled eggs. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. Management, went above and beyond to offer assistance when needed. Overall, the staff was exemplary. A few renovations are planned for. I would most certainly return and do recommend this hotel.

Restaurant hours were a bit uncertain for me, however, they were written on the flip side of the sign which I couldn't see at first glance. I didn't realize there was not a continental breakfast, but the breakfast menu suited me well.

Real Review: Stranded at Milwaukee airport on a Tuesday night. Needing 2 rooms for one night. Need to be back at the airport by 5:00 AM. All of the travel websites are playing games with the prices. Very frustrating. We found this Holiday Inn on booking.com. Shuttle service is 24 hours, friendly, quick, 5 minutes to the hotel. Effortless check in, clean rooms great beds, and the shuttle takes us to a Mexican restaurant. The shuttle also picks us up from the Mexican restaurant. And the shuttle is ready to go at 4:30 AM and we make our flight at 5:00 AM. This place rocks! Staff is very good! Clean comfortable safe, we saw a couple of airline flight crews checking in as well.

Adjacent to every major airport in the United states, is a district I refer to as "airport town". It is every chain restaurant, every hotel chain, gas stations, mini markets, fast food joints. That is where this hotel is located. That's not a bad thing, that's just the way it is.

Staff was friendly and the facility was exceptionally clean. We were upgraded to a nicer room when ours wasn't quite ready upon our arrival

The Keurig in our room could use a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of order and that was one reason we chose the facility. That didn't lessen the fact that it was a very nice place and very clean. We skipped the breakfast included with our room. Was fairly busy in the eating area with only one staff member for many people. Since we were on a tight schedule we couldn't wait. Would just not include breakfast with our room next time as was an extra cost that we ended up not using.

It was very clean, they gave me a close room because they saw I was traveling with a child alone. 10/10 staff!

They didn’t have the kitchen open for dinner when we thought we would be able to eat dinner. Good thing Culver’s was in the parking lot though so we did get to go there!

It was clean, friendly, SAFE, very accommodating, very helpful staff, and close to the location I was going too.

my neighbors were very loud and kept slamming doors at four am. It was odd. I never called down so hotel staff had no idea- so not on them at all.

The room was clean and comfortable and staff very courteous. The pool and hot tub were working :)

There was a lot of noise from other guests stomping about at 2:30am which woke us up. And the heat/cool system was very confusing to operate to get a comfortable temperature. There should be complimentary breakfast.

Good location and easy access plus close to numerous places to eat, comfortable environment & my wife I enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi I plan on booking next year for are 3rd Anniversary 👍

Was in a very nice location. close to many food options and nice facility overall.

The restaurant in the facility, only had 3 food options on the menu and the the ladies in the restaurant talked about other employees loud enough where customers could hear. Pool closes too early.

We got a suite. room was big and spacious and clean. Hotel was close to Culvers and was just 13-15 min drive to all the places we wanted to go

Pillows were way too soft could sleep comfortably,Breakfast was NOT included in the rate. Had to pay $15 and food was definitely not worth it. Wasn’t allowed to see the food before I paid. Better off going to Ihop which was close by.

Convenient to where we needed to be.

The hallways and restaurant were not air conditioned and it was terribly hot !
