Its a great hotel. Very nice rooms and lobby, great breakfast. Great facilities with large gym, swimming pool, basketball court on 7th floor, lounge on 71st floor for club members. Fantastic views as hotel is on floors 62 - 71. Its a really great place to stay.

It is outside of the old quarter so would take c. 30 minutes on a motorbike taxi or c.30-60 mins on a regular taxi depending on traffic. Its not a big deal as this is extremely cheap with grab but its not ideally located for tourist purposes. On the other hand the area is much less hectic than the old tourist quarter. I expected more food options in the tower where the hotel is located. There were some korean restaurants but not a whole lot. Need to get a grab or taxi really to get anywhere away from the tower. Overall however these are very small points. Grab is very easy and cheap and its worth putting up with this to stay in such an amazing hotel.

It is very nice and well located; rooms well equipped; amazing view on the town (if you have vertigo, don’t book a room there…); one of the best breakfast I had; staff very very attentive and helpful.

This is the only criticism i have on the hotel: the shuttle service and lack of flexibility thereon. It is not acceptable to charge 1.5 million dong for a one way shuttle (it is not a limousine service or whatsoever) and claim « it is a competitive price ». It is even less acceptable to refuse a request complimentary shuttle while my company used their facility for a 2 days meeting, and paid thousands of USD for it. This is probably not the most client-oriented way good way to ensure loyalty of customers who may organize other events in Hanoi.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was very good. The gym is also very good. And on a clear day the view from the hotel over Hanoi is great, however due to the air pollution and humidity that does not happen very often.

The location can be a little challenging if you don't have easy acess to the local ride share app - GRAB. We didn't mind because we planned ahead. The hotel airport pickup/dropoff services is way to expensive - 4 times more expensive than other options online.

The breakfast spread was incredible and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Facilities were very good and there are plenty of food options if you wanted to eat. It was a bit far from some of the tourist sites but nothing a cheap taxi ride couldn’t fix.

Accessing some of the facilities was a hassle because you had to traverse several very slow elevators. The rooms were also a bit dated and the carpets in the room could use a shampoo.

Location wise it's near to the business centers, so quite good for a work trip. Superb view of the city and very scenic lounge

The local section for the breakfast used to change daily but this round it was the same items for all days. Late checkout was originally 2pm but later reduced, which cause a little bit of inconvenience

Really appreciate the accommodation of the Quynh who help got us early check-in and also the other staff who allowed us late check out. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Going out of the way to help us feel comfortable with every request. Requested for help to microwave heat up some food, accidentally broke our container, not due to any of their fault, but gave us food and also another new container. Very pleasant and happy with their response to such a situation. The communal shower facilities, Sauna, and onsen were very good too. Definitely coming back!

Aircon wasn't self-adjustable. Small issue, really enjoyed the stay.

The staff was attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff Nancy and also Linh were wonderful, they went out of their way to make you feel at home.

It was a little hard to get around if you liked to walk

The entire staff is highly professional and responds to all requests. The breakfast was a reason to come back and was excellent as expected. An indescribable view from the 68th floor. Thank you!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The meals were outstanding.
