Bed was fab, everything was good with us. Despite some little issues for an old building and a bit dated structure I have to say that everyone sorted out all of my issues and went above and beyond to make us feel. Comfortable. I am pregnant in this Moment and feel very sensitive to lights smells and tiny noises. The staff was so extremely kind and worried to fix anything was not at my standard. That is the thing I aorreviate the most. Thank you again to everyone. Even the director of the hotel gave us good reccomendattuons on where to eat nearby. The man working at the restaurant for breakfast made a good fresh cappuccino and there was plenty of choice, some good baked savoury cakes too!

Some complimentary water would be a nice gesture when someone arrive In The room. Have some better fresh fruit given the fact we are in sicily, full of wonderful food.

The property was just perfect for our family vacation. My only concern was that if you don’t have car then you have quite a stretch to reach the town of cefalu and buses only pass once an hour- but that has nothing to do with the property it’s self! The other slight problem for us (we had quite a particular case as my dad fell ill during our stay and had to be admitted to hospital) was that there is not a bathroom near the pool area. There are showers whichw was great and the owner was kind enough to let us stay and use the bathroom of the apartment till it was possible, other than that it was brilliant- thank you Boagio! We hope to come and stay there again in the future 🍻

Property is clean, rooms are spacious and nicely furnished and we had a small bed with side walls which was brilliant for our 3 year old daughter. Property is bang in the centre which is also great.

Breakfast can be better and time for breakfast could be a bit longer. Bfast was mainly made of sweet options such as cakes and sweet pies as opposed to savory. We were told bfast was till 9:45am but by 9:30 the staff were already clearing the buffet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from even before the trip assisting with instructions on how to get to the hotel using public transport. Very helpful organising the many taxis required to get anywhere. Room was very clean an comfortable. Continental style breakfast was ok although a little confusing on whether you need to serve yourself from the single button press coffee machine or did someone actually serve coffee from the proper machine...they did serve you coffee but you had to ask for it rather than them offering on the first couple of days. You must try the café diagonally opposite the hotel in Piazza del; Garibaldi (Caffe Chamarel), staff/owner amazing people and very welcoming with great food and wine.

There was no Wi-Fi signal in the top floor rooms so important emails etc have to be dealt with in the downstairs reception. No tea making facilities in the room, no drinking glasses although there was an empty fridge after being told at reception on check in that there was a mini bar. Although not a problem with the hotel, the location was about 30 minutes by car to Catania city or a €10 taxi ride / 30 minute walk to the local train station at Acireale.

All staff was friendly and efficient, our stay was during Easter holiday and everyone was super helpful, kind and joyful. Breakfast had sufficient options, lot of local cakes and fruits. Room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is good, walking distance of centre and easy to access by car.

Some outdated elements. While the decor may not be cutting-edge, the cleanliness and comfort provided ensured a nice stay.

Original room was fine but we had a small issue with hot water in the room. Management promptly acted with many apologies and they took to transfer our things and upgraded us to a superior room that was simply brilliant! Parking facility for free in Sicily (as it should be!) is an added bonus!! Highly recommended!

Breakfast could be a bit more generous in the warm foods selection. Underground parking however requires some driving skills too!

The staff was super nice, although we arrived much earlier before the check in time we got the room right away, on top of it we got a free upgrade, for which we were very grateful. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The foyer and staircase are quite grand. We didn’t eat dinner there but the buffet breakfast was very good. The property is well taken care off, would definitely recommend it.

The excellent service started before we arrived at the hotel during a phone call with Giuseppe who advised me on where to eat and where to go once in Acireale. We arrived a little earlier than the allowed check in time but Giuseppe was so kind to make sure we were in our room within minutes, we also had an unexpected upgrade which is always a bonus. The room was spacious and clean, the temperature was comfortable and so were the beds, we all slept very well. Reception staff were always ready to help with the many questions I had and pointing us in the right direction to the local sites and eateries. The service was top class, even when I was on the train on the way home they had telephoned me to make sure that we had caught our return train on time. Brilliant! Giuseppe is a big asset to this hotel, he knew everything and made us feel welcome. I am even thinking to book again next month.

Breakfast could have been better, I would have liked to have seen less cake (there was so many varieties) more healthy options, oats, Greek Yoghurts, fresh fruit, some fresh bread that can be toasted, nuts and seeds. The cappuccino was very nice though!

Spacious Rooms and parking. AC, nice bathroom delicious breakfast and helpful staff. Location is right in the centre. ROOMS CLEANED EVERY DAY AND LINEN CHANGED EVERY DAY🙏

I liked everything just a kettle for tea or coffee in the room would be nice. The AC made a slight noise but I am a light sleeper because my husband slept fine.

I stayed here for five days and it was everything I needed. The room was a decent size and the facilities were good.

There was no jug to make coffee/tea etc in the mornings. Also water was only available by vending machine (although this seems to be normal in Italy)
