You need to send a scan/photo of your ID/Passport ahead, in case of late evening arrival as it happened for us very easy, little key box with a code Receptionists speak good English, are super attentive city parking was just outside for a reasonable price great location, just a a few steps to the old town centre (in fact, right on the edge of the old centre), post office around the corner Alba is very idyllic, and was surprisingly full of mostly Italian tourists when we visited (unlike other North Italian towns) (we recommend the Restaurant Albamare for better dining, at the square behind the main cathedral) Piemonte is great for cycle tours

Breakfast was light but of excellent quality, taste and service, just what you need to start the day nice. Location was very good, at the border of old and new city and with everything we needed around. Convenience stores, parks, parking places, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping. Very safe and friendly location and city in general. The spacious apartment had high artistic ceiling, small balcony at the back, big windows and nice view, and a big comfortable and clean bathroom

Apartment could have an espresso capsule machine and a microwave oven, for the convenience of guests.

The apartment was big, spacious, clean, and there was a desk that was great for me to work. From the photos, I was afraid the apartment will be dark but there was enough light and it was very comfortable. It also felt safe as the entrance to the building was locked. There was equipment and whatever is needed to cook at the apartment (though it could be nice to have a dish cleaner/soap) I also liked the fact that even though this was an apartment there were also hotel services, the ladies and the guy were very nice. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from the train station, but still super central (The town is tiny though)

1. No elevator. I stayed on the first floor but it was more like going up two high floors. 2. This will sound nitty gritty, but, no "do not disturb" signs to put on the door. At first, I wasn't aware of the room service, they just burst in and I had to improvise a sign for the next days - to the staff's defense, I never asked them for one, I believe that was something they could easily solve. 3. The apartment door doesn't isolate noise at all. Fortunately, there wasn't too much noise

My wife and I were passing through from the French Alps to the Provence and originally only planned to spend a few hours in Alba. Given that we underestimated the distance and the beauty of the Piedmont we decided to book a lastminute on the day itself for one night. We found this place and chose it for being one of the cheapest. We didn't have much expectations. We were greeted by a very friendly lady whom I called from the car because we had trouble getting there. The location itself is pedestrian zone only! She was very helpful. Check-in was easy and our room amazing! Beautiful old and charming building and very large rooms with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. On top of that we had a little balcony with views on the main street. From the building you walk straight into the old city. Parking is possible but has limited availability. The next morning we checked out but we were allowed to keep the car in their parking until 12. They callled us to warn us about the closing of the parking space. Very nice.

Perfect position as it is in the city center, but very close to the train station and a big parking there. Nice modern apartment very clean and comfortable, really convenient for families with kids. We loved the breakfast, as it was at the coffee place close by (Italian style).everyone in the Staff was very welcoming and nice. We will go back for sure!

Nothing specifically, the only small thing is that the building doesn't have a lift (but there are only Teo floors)

Stylish and spacious,and in a great location just off the piazza Ferraro . Large comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Air conditioning.

The only thing lacking was a lift. Also the reception is only manned until 8 pm. However the staff were really helpful while they were around.

The location was great. Plus the possibilities to have own flat inclusive of kitchen was very convenient.

Would have been helpful to be provided with tea towels, kitchen rolls and oil and salt as these are really hard to buy for a one off use due to size of the packaging.

Spacious room. Good location and nice cafe at the corner for breakfast - Gusto Madre. They roast their own coffee bean, very high quality specialty coffee + the best croissant in this trip. Staffs are both friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn't suitable for me, too soft and had shoulder pain.

We had a lovely time in Caffe Savona. It's in the really convenient location in the heart of Alba, and it's very near station as well. The room had a plenty of space to relax, dine with separate bed room so it's quite comfortable to stay.

The only small downside is that the air conditioner was quite noisy. We stayed on the third floor without lift so a bit hard work to access your room with a big suitcase.

needs more hangers! could do with few more kitchen utensils and basic cooking supplies (oil, pepper etc) checkin time alittle later than other properties (and considering this also had an early check out time) left luggage option would be nice
