Luca is an excellent host and his homemade cake and jams at breakfast are lovely. Breakfast is in the small courtyard. Our room had a very comfortable bed. Coffee machine and fridge with water and beers on the landing with an honesty box for payment. Very reasonable prices for these.

Sharing the shower room with 2 other rooms. If needing to use the toilet when someone is in the shower can be problematic. We did not realise it was a shared shower room but I suppose the price reflects this. We were lucky that the other guests did leave the shower room clean and tidy.

Luca was very kind and accommodating, he made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well. Grazie Mille Luca!

The property is far away from the coast so a car is essential to get around but it was always nice to come back to a quiet town and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.

Lucca is a very warm and hospitable host and a great ambassador for the middle part of Sardinia! He shared very helpful tips with us, prepared super tasty breakfast, and in general made us feel very welcome in his corner of paradise. The room and bed are really comfortable, bathroom decorated to a very high standard, and there’s parking in front of property. We’ll also recommend his home made jams and eucalyptus Honey to buy from him. When you’re in sure area do visit the su nuraxi - you won’t get dissapointed but do check for English speaking tour times and allow 15 minutes to purchase tickets because of the long queues.

The host Luca was incredibly kind and welcoming and gave really good recommendations for the area. The room was large and comfortable and very lovingly decorated. Our favorite part was the breakfast with homemade jams, a delicious licious cake, good coffee and more. It was such a nice stay we regretted only being there for one night.

The location was great; quite centrally located so that many sites to see, mountains to hike and beaches to visit. The host was incredible accomodating, friendly and helpful. We loved playing with his sweet cats and were delithed by so many homemade surprises during breakfast - best breakfast we had on our entire trip. Incredible value for a very affordable price - we bought some of the hosts homemade jam and honey as a souvenir :)

Out of control of the host, but there were only few restaurants in the area, and on Wednesday we found only a single pizzera (Shardana) open in the nearby Ales (Still good pizza - and not an issue if you are prepared to drive for more than 10 minutes for dinner)

Very nice host, knows the area and gives good tips and insights. Bathroom and bedroom are good. breakfast was very nice, including homemade marmelade and homemade cake, coffee or tea etc. Would definitely come back here.

You should just be aware that the bathroom is shared with other guests so you can have some waiting time in the morning if you wake up on similar times, apart from that it was really okay, the bathroom was very clean and nice

Luca Is the perfect host, he helps you with travellers tips, he is always responsive and available. He prepared the best breakfast for us (including an amazing cake and fruit jams that he prepared himself). Highly recommended!

The breakfast was unique, Luca really puts time and effort to prepare and serve the breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Luca is very gentle and gave us a lot of useful tips to explore the neighborhood.

For me it was 12 out of 10. Everything was just perfect. All the appliances worked well, everything was clean, the breakfast was something special. The bed was a piece of perfection. I slept like a baby.

A very nice and clean place in a quiet, authentic Sardinian village. There was a lot of interesting things to see/visit nearby. Breakfast was very good, with homemade jam, cakes and excellent coffee. Luca was a very pleasant and helpful host, all sites and restaurants he recommended were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay at his place.
