The location to downtown Arezzo and the train station was perfect. The deck on the top floor was nice and relaxing to sit on to feel the breeze and look over the city. It is a nice place to enjoy breakfast as well.

The elevator is slow and like most lifts it was hot. The bed was hard; however, it was the same as the hotel we were in Rome. I think they are just a different style and way firmer than we are used to.

Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace.

The step in bath shower. We are an older couple and this older type of shower can be very dangerous. No safety rails to hold and the tiled floor of the bathroom was slippery. All the photos showed walk in showers. It was disappointing as the stay would have otherwise been really very good.

1 it's so cute an boutique bb hotel inside a modern building. At first its a little bit hard to find it. Bec it's hidden inside the apartment buildings. The location is great. 7 mins walk to old town city centre and downstairs has a big supermarket.😝 The room has balcony so i can dry my clothes there😊 2 room is so big. Bigger than k expected and clean. Has dryer. Air condition and nice shower😁 3 the boss auntie is soo nice and helpful. 😆😎 4 top floor is amazing has amazing views to see the city centre old town directly.😇 And restaurant is on the top floor 5 coffee and drinks serves 24/7 for free😊

I stayed here one night, to be close to the train station, which is just a couple minutes walk away. The B&B is on a higher floor in a building with other businesses, and there is a lift. Check-in was easy, and the owner was very helpful with parking information. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy the views of the city, and you are just a short walk from the city center. There is also a grocery store right next door on the street level. The room I had was very large, with a nice storage wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothes. The bathroom was basic with a very small shower, but very clean. There was a lot of noise from the street, and from those talking on the terrace, since the room windows are adjacent to those areas. There is a city tax to pay in cash, so make sure to have some coins or small bills.

The terrace was nice, but is also the smoking area, which was bothersome while eating breakfast.

Perfectly close to the station, and also well located - just above a convenient supermarket and close walk to shops and restaurants. Great friendly staff - very clean simple rooms - perfect for travellers transiting to get the train and very safe for women travelling alone. Lovely patio with luscious plants and beautiful views! And an elevator to get to their 6th floor location, and AC. Highly recommend!

A little hard to find at first but then ok.

Location perfect for us - easy reach of railway station, and very central, but a quiet secluded location. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We liked the balcony.

The bed was a bit hard, and we could have done with an extra pillow, The shared balcony was lovely, however, we would have preferred this to be a non smoking area.

Lovely staff were helpful and very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Beautiful terrace with a view of the town. Excellent location very close to the train station, beside a grocery store and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and historic centre highlights - churches, museums, etc.

We loved everything about this place!

It's a family business, so the owners are very careful about it and gentle with their guests. The room is quite big and we had a beautiful view on the old city. Even though the place is close to the train station, it is very quiet.

It was right across the street from the train station for ease of arriving and departing. There was an elevator to the 6th floor making it easy to come and go. The staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t fancy,but it was pleasant.

Location so central, across from train station. Within Walking distance to everywhere. Staff are nice, helpful. Love the terrace overlooking the old town. Very clean, roomy. Access to kitchen (common area). Feel very at home.

A little bit dark and outdated room. (But again, clean, spacious)
