The room was clean, the entire hotel maintained and the staff helpful. The hotel is very close to the subway, just be aware that it runs every 30 minutes on Sundays. The area was quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice and good coffee from a quality coffee machine, prepared by a barista.

Toiletries of poor quality, with an unpleasant smell and caused a rash, which has never happened to me before in 30 years of travel. The bathroom is fitted with a defective shower, resulting in running water on the floor to the door, water damages the wooden frames.

Location is good regarding highway, I just stayed for a stopover on the way home. Bit of concentration needed in accessing the place, but not too complicated. They have a secluded parking lot, you need to access the garage on the first level; ground floor is paid and doesn't belong to the hotel. It was not super clear to me that this was the case. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Dogs are free of charge. My room was very spacious, not very exciting re decor but clean and adequate. Nice bathroom. Large double bed (not two singles put together) which was very comfortable. Thick curtains so dark room, windows could open for fresh air, always a bonus. I didn't take the (included) breakfast. Lift only worked with hotelroom card, which gives a safe feeling.

Getting wifi on my phone was impossible; I had to agree with terms where the OK button wasn't visible in my screen as pop up too big. So no use of wifi possible. Safe in the room was too small for my 13" Macbook Air.

Location is really good, near lots of bars, restaurants and the Metro. Breakfast is very good and lots on offer. Room was clean and OK size

The are little facilities in the room, one small bottle of still water per day in a king-size room, handwash and shower shampoo, my advise is make sure you bring your own toiletries, this is my second time staying so I was prepared.

We stayed for one night for the concert and this is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Forum. It is literally 10-15 min walk away. There are some restaurants around the hotel and also few shopping malls. The rooms are nice and quiet. One of the guys at the reception ( I think Asian) was very nice and helpful, another one was arrogant and unfriendly. After the concert, the hotel bar was open and they served hot sandwiches and coffee and all other drinks. This was amazing coz it was 1 am and it was not easy to find a place to drink at that time. Breakfast was amazing. They have a real Illy coffee machine and not just some "fake coffee" like in other places around the world. I would definitely come back.

It was a bit hard to find a garage but we managed. When I booked a room it said that there is a bath inside but unfortunately there was only shower which I didn't like much. I was not able to turn off tv light and I had hard time sleeping coz of the light. All the rest was amazing and I loved this hotel.

The suite I had was very spacious, lots of windows/sunlight and the bed was comfy. This was all paid for by airbnb due to our booking being unacceptable, so I cannot complain on the price thought it was expensive.

The price was quite high due to the booking being last minute, and although it was paid for by airbnb, there were some issues such as the bedroom and toilet lights not working. Luckily there was other lighting to keep the area illuminated. There was also the charging points next to the bed not working, but there were more in the room that were functioning. These issues may have been a rare occurrence due to an intense storm where water was leaking into the room through a window. I believe a lot of people were experiencing some issues.

hotel was clean . we stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned every day. location to the trains.

althought hotel was very good one to two thing and be pointed out' for a 4star hotel we thought it should of has tea and coffee and kettel in the rooms with was exspected and no drinking water at all ever thing you wanted had to be paid for. we asked for complimentary water and was charged for it on check out . we pointed out every hotel we stayed at all have water in the rooms we was told { i dont think so } there was a very small gym with could be improved

Positive: Easy to find the parking. When i came there on the night I got straight to the parking. It was everywhere signs for the parking of the hotel. Also, the way to the hotel from the parking was very easy. The location of the hotel was really nice. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around. I was on the 7th floor, something that I like it very much, to be very high. And the room was nice and clean. The breakfast place was also very beautiful.

Negative: I didn't like the windows in my room. They're too high for me. You don't really enjoy the view. Also, the TV is a little small for the size of the room.

Everything was very clean , the shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious !! Restaurants and fast food places on your door step, the metro is a bout a 5 minute walk , if that and if you are looking to stay for a concert , it's ideal and within walking distance (approximately 15 minute walk) . Another thing, we arrived at 12 o clock and were checked in early which we were SUPER grateful this. Thank you to the hotel for this and for the wonderful stay !

There was nothing we didn't like . Absolutely NOTHING.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, both at reception and at breakfast. Nice comfortable and quiet room with pleasant view over a meadow. Excellent breakfast - one of the best I've had in Italy, the usual sweet things supplemented by savoury. Very pet friendly. Efficient parking, once you work it out.

The WiFi is absolutely terrible. 15 seconds for each webpage to materialise. Video call not possible. This is a deal breaker for me and I will not be able to stay in this hotel again until they fix the WiFi. This is not acceptable in a modern business person's hotel. The car park is quite a long walk and in a separate building from the hotel, so if it's raining this is a problem. Finally, there are not enough electric plugs for all your electronic paraphernalia.

The staff was helpful and kind. The coffee station and the breakfast area were excellent.

The parking spot needs a bit more clarification and signs. It is a bit far from city central, but it is close to a subway. They could have a real fridge in the room, it was not enough to keep the drinks cool.
